This soft serve machine is great it cools down so fast which if you have used soft serve machines you know how much waste there can be from it not freezing fast enough. It works much better than some others that I have used it is also very easy to disassemble and clean. It also comes with free phone training they did it via FaceTime so I learned how to operate all the functions of the machine and all of the adjustments very easily. It has been used for about a year now no issues works great. It is a great space saver you can tuck it in on a countertop we actually have it in a food truck.

We have been using the Spaceman 6210C for 6 months. I had concerns that it would not keep up with the demand for our restaurant, but we can make about 3 ice cream cones or 2 milkshakes every minute with it. With a little bit of thought, it has been more than enough to keep up with the demand, even when we are busy. It has been super easy to clean and maintain. We clean it twice a week, and it takes about 30 minutes each time. It is a great machine for the money!

I just opened my first food truck .Im a Soft serve ice cream business and also serve another product. The Space Man soft serve machine is what I ordered . I want the best and after research The Spaceman has not disappointed. It’s very user friendly. The consistency is perfect and adjustable . I’m not tech savvy but the instruction for use and cleaning are easy to apply . I’m happy and pleased with my Space Man machine purchase and will definitely buy a 2nd machine in the near future . A friend of mine who works in a shop in Ca and is also using a Spaceman saw my FB and IG post about my new Mobil food truck reached out to me sharing our similarity of our taste in soft serve machine.

At the last serve it still has a galf gallon left and you waste it at the end.

Machine works some times rarely. I have probably gotten 15 good servings out of it since we opened 4 days ago. Will be looking to sell it at replace with a better machine or just expand our dipping cabinet. I do not recommend this product to cafe/restaurant usage. Cant return it because its too late and have used it.

We have five of these Spaceman machines and for the money they do the trick! We aren't really a high volume ice cream shop, but offer Dole Whips as a dessert option at our Poke Bowl restaurant and these do great for us. Support has always been good when needed as well which is a plus!

We love Spaceman! We are on our third Spaceman 6210-C Soft Serve Machine after trying out inferior products. We love how easy it is to assemble, clean, and program the machines. Customer service is also super helpful! Very clear and attentive when we needed further instruction on how to change the viscosity of our machines. Soft serve is a staple of our restaurant and Spaceman makes it so easy to provide customers what they love. Thank you Spaceman! 10/10!
