Assembling is a nightmare. I just trashed it

This paper towel dispenser is very easy to install. It works exactly as described. It holds more paper towels than I thought. I would recommend this.

This C-Fold Paper Towel Dispenser is installed in our Shake & Tea shop in Hickory NC. It was a Super easy install, simple to use and restock. We keep the key in the slot to not lose it. easy to clean. Recommend for a good value item

great paper towel dispenser for the kitchen. It does not look nice though. So I do not advise having it in the areas guests can see it.

This San Jamar ultra fold fusion c fold/ multi fold towel dispenser is slim and styling looks good in my small old bathrooms. I looked at all and compared this one is perfect for our needs. It is perfect for smaller restaurants . larger Restaurant s might need a dispenser that holds more towels.

I purchased two of these for my store. It was easy to installed. It looks good and works great for a good price. I would buy it again.

This is a great paper towel dispenser. Unlike other brands, the paper towels do not fall out. it was also easy to assemble and came with 2 keys.

Works perfect on my food truck. Please make sure you look for the "key", its attached to the back when you open the towel holding compartment.

These dispensers were easy to assemble, easy to install, and easy to use. They are an inexpensive option that looks nice in our restrooms, and the C Fold towels work great in the dispensers.

i love that this towel dispenser works with C -fold and multi-fold towels. It is easy to put together and lasts just as long as other ones out there.

Used these to replace the motion sensor rolls that were previously installed. The old rolls were prohibitively expensive along with having to buy batteries for. These were inexpensive and easy to install. The multi-fold towels are also more cost effective.

This multifold towel dispenser is the perfect size, it is practical, easy to use/load and I like that it is transparent so you are able to keep an eye on how full it is.

A product that does what it is supposed to do. Resistant and easy to install! I recommend it, it is worth the price you pay! The cheapest in its category

We have automated paper towel dispensers for our bathrooms; however, we wanted to save money and chose to put these manual ones in our kitchen areas for employees. They are a little on the small side, but they are perfect for our small kitchens!

Nothing to complain about this product. We purchased one for our work and had to pick up a second one for another area. It's easy to use and reload, and the paper towels have NEVER gotten stuck while trying to pull them out (like the metal ones in public restrooms)

The dispenser does not come installed but it is very easy to put together. It is good looking and can hold a lot of napkins. The price is also good, so I really recommend it!

Like this product. I ordered 3 of them. One in the front service area, one in the kitchen, the other one in the restroom. All of them are working well.

Great paper towel dispenser. Don't be fooled by the low price on these. They are just what you need and work perfectly. Very easy to install and very easy to reload towels when empty.

I have installed them at two places in my kitchen close to sink and close to prep area. Very light weight and easy to mount. Looks nice. Well worth the price. Very easy to refill with a simple key. This dispenser is great for standard c-fold/multi-fold towels, and for the price it cannot be beat. it fits easily into our kitchen, and is not noticeable.

This dispenser requires minimal assembly. Holds just over a pack of multifold paper towels and the dark smoke colored plastic looks great in restaurant kitchens or restrooms.

We installed this in a coffee trailer, above the hand-washing sink. It was easy to assemble, and only took a few minutes to install. Refilling the paper towels is very simple. It fits nicely in our small space, with it's compact size. Plus, it looks sharp.

Great inexpensive solution for small office. Great service as well. We would use the company again! I used the web chat a few times very convenient.

Without else, towels would be laying around everywhere or dropping. This makes it so much easier to organize paper towels, but it keeps people from grabbing a lot.

Ok, I'll say that the assembly was actually rather frustrating. I'm an engineer too! While it's not "hard", the instructions are poorly designed and inadequate. My unit has a side piece that did not want to snap into place properly resulting play that I wish was not there. The orientation of the lid lock device is not explained at all. It would not take much for the manufacturer to improve the instructions. The product itself seems adequate once installed. It's easy to place towels in it and it seems secure on the wall. One other comment, I don't think this is a real match to other Black Pearl products. It's likely the closest thing, but it's not the same family aesthetically. All the complaints aside, it's the right price and a dispenser is not something I want to be expensive for my place, so I'd buy it again.

It does the job. I would recommend the product. The only slight downside is the plastic clip be careful it feel if you pull to hard it might break. But otherwise a good product at an great price.

San Jamar quality is always good. And these have not broken yet! Also these seem to be OK against taggers... They don't break when their knives poke through it...

I purchased 3 of these. They are an excellent buy! They easily hold any z fold napkins. They are easy to mount and even come with a thick two sided adhesive sheet to mount to a smooth surface with no screws.

Easy to fill and using less towels now! yaay! Even tho it's just for the employee bathroom, the sleek look is nice and the material it is made out of is easy to clean.

This product is fantastic. It does come in pieces and you have to assemble but it works great and is so easy to refill. My husband works in a large chain restaurant and they use this same product.

This dispenser is easy to assemble. I purchased several and was pleased with the outcome. They will hold enough towels to last yet not too big and bulky for a children's bathroom. Only draw back was one had a manufacturing defect. I'm hoping to get that resolved.

Very easy to install. you can't go wrong with this one. If you purchase the correct towels you will not have a problem with pulling out to many at one time.

These are great items for the price. I bought two and they were easy to assemble and install. They seem sturdy and I am confident that they'll perform valiantly when called upon to dispense a dry hand towel.
