I had several damaged bags when they arrived but when I complained I got another order coming the same day. The cookies are excellent when making ice cream sandwiches. Can’t wait to try the chocolate chip ones

Taste is bland. Wouldn’t suggest for ice cream sandwiches.

Too many broken. Need to pack them better. More filling inside the boxes to prevent moving and breakage. Also fragile or handle with care labels all over the boxes would help.

Thye only thing wrong with this chocoalate cookie wafer is nothing, A great tasting wafer just by itself for snacking & dunking. But! They just need a much more effiecient plastic tube wrapper for packaging. To go with a great wafer. Mostly I use them for deserts, just like making a lasanga. What flexability using any flavour of pudding, whipcream, cream cheese, fruits, nuts I desire: solo, combind, seperate layers, in the makings of Icebox Cakes & frozen sandwiches. I do not use Icecream. Homemade pudding & whipcream. Orange cream cheese pudding folded with whipcream.

These went over well when used as ice cream sandwiches. I expected the cookie to soften but it did not

Although I haven't got the knack to twist it just right, my sandwiches are usually pretty ugly in form, but they taste fantastic. The cookie wafers soften just right when ice cream comes between them. Very good.

These are the perfect size for an ice cream sandwich. We use them with peppermint, vanilla, chocolate chip mint, and strawberry ice cream. They are a hit!

These chocolate wafer cookies make the best ice cream sandwiches. You can also just stick one on top of your ice cream and they are good just like that.

very hard cookie. I crush them to make chocolate pie crusts which holds up well with pudding or creme pies. better and cheaper than chocolate graham crakers.

We love this Joy chocolate cookie wafers. Not only to use with ice cream sandwiches we also use them in smores. The crispy cookies are even better because they are chocolate. And they don’t crumble easily so they are easier to handle. Melted chocolate and marshmallow on crispy chocolate cookie, super yum.

These are sooooo good! we used it for our ice cream sandwiches and they taste amazing! what I love about it is that it is still crunchy and not soft.

The Joy Chocolate Cookie Wafers are very good. I was hoping they were like the ones that I purchased from our local store but they are not near the same. I would recommend them if you are looking for a hard chocolate wafer. They arrived fresh and unbroken.

We are some what pleased with these. The wrapper could be a little better and they could be just a little thicker. Being so thin they tend to break fairly easy. They do taste great for our ice cream sandwiches I just put them in a bowl and hand them to the customer that way.

We use these to make our own ice cream sandwiches with soft serve ice cream. They are a little more hard/brittle than your typical prepackage ice cream sandwich but allow us to make our own for significantly less than buying. As others mentioned, you will get some breakage but we also crumble up the broken ones and add to our cookies n cream mixin topping.

Very tasty! I had few more broken in this case than my last, but just used the broken ones as ice cream toppings. We make up our ice cream sandwiches with our vanilla and chocolate soft serve, YUMMY :)

These wafers are really chocolate joy, but lots of them were crumbled. Even so, those may be used in baking or on top of ice cream.

These are great chocolate cookie wafers. They make a wonderful chocolate crust for cheesecakes and tarts. They are also great as a small crunchy layer as the filling of our cakes.
