We really like the size of the cones, as they fit ice cream very well. They taste great. BUT a lot of the cones got crushed in shipping and were unusable. Hopefully JOY and Webstaurant can figure out a way to ship these so they don't disintegrate...

Way too many of the cones were broken when taken out of the box. Many more broke trying to put ice cream in them. Won't buy them again.

Disappointed all broke

I purchased two cases of these, and the majority of the cones were broken.

Every deliver I receive at least half are broken.

Perfect for a kiddie size or small sized ice cream.

Excellent product and very well protected for shipping!

I use these cones to make strawberry crunch cheesecake cones. Most of the time, they come packaged with few breaks. Sometimes, there are more broken cones. I guess it just depends on how gentle the shipping companies handle the product. They do specifically say fragile, handle with care on the box.

I thought I would try these waffle cones. When they arrived, most were broken. Pretty much worthless. I won't buy anything fragile from Webstaurant anymore.

good size. packaged well so they are fresh. very easily damaged and sometimes the delivery guys toss the boxes to much.

Joy waffle cones are hands down the best tasting waffle cones. Great for dipping too. Customers love them! Packing definitely needs more care, wrap as delivery companies need to know to handle with care, fragile!

I was really hoping each time the cones ship okay, but each time they come in broken. Super disappointed!!!!

Pros: Nice size, good flavor Cons: I have ordered these cones several times, and each time, nearly half arrive broken. They are also very fragile when placing ice cream in them.

I have purchased this product twice, and both times it arrived almost broken. While I appreciate that you sent a replacement, it also had similar issues. Please consider improving your packaging. I'm hesitant to order again due to these concerns.

The cones taste great and this is the cheapest price around for us, but every new case purchased seems to arrive with more broken cones than the last. The boxes are packaged with bubble packing in a larger box but 10+ broken cones per sleeve is no longer cost effective. Just received a new case and if this case is like the last, we will be paying more from another company to reduce waste

The product itself is great but the packaging and shipping is it's demise. If I need one box of 228 I have to order two because 25 to 50 percent of the cones break during shipping. They smash them into another box, they don't always use bubble wrap, and there are no markings on the box to say fragile or this end up. I love the product, it's always fresh, but expecting to have such a large number of broken cones is a huge downside.

We bought this chocolate variety in hopes of offering something unique for our customers but instead we received mostly crumbs:(. They are very thin and fragile so even the individual boxes and plastic sleeves don’t do the trick. At least we can add a new topping to our menu so they don’t go to waste!

We purchased the regular waffle cone box and are very satisfied with the product. Box came with air cushion bags so far all the cone look in very good condition this the 4th box that i have ordered. Usually takes about 4days to ship so order ahead.

Ice cream cones was late after paying and 1 day shipping and also this is the second time they came all busted up

Like the previous reviews I shouldn't have ordered. They are all broken and I've learned in the past customer service stinks for damaged items. Not worth it to even try to claim. DO NOT ORDER!

The product is ok. But rhe way it was delivered and shipped was horrible. More than 60% of the product was smashed and tossed in the trash. I have ordered them 2 times and both times they have been damaged. I was told I would be getting a refund. I have still not seen it.

We use these for double scoops and for dipping. Customers love them.

This is a 2 months history #1. I bough it from Sysco Almost 30-to 40 % was broken #2 Hershey’s. The same thing and my last . #3. Websrestaurant the same thing Very low quality with out say that at restaurants depot has all of these 25%of. For that reason ??

Do not buy. This product arrives damaged every time. If you order several cases, you'll need to immediately sort through each cone to count the broken or cracked ones within 5-days you have to request a partial refund. Not worth the time and labor costs.

They are good and tasty the problem is every box I find a lot of cracked cones.

Great product. I will say that they have a tendency to come in crushed from the delivery drivers (not Joy or Webstrauntstore fault)

They are great and do well. Only flaw is that in each package I received in the case, expect to have at least three broken and not useable.
