DaVinci is my favorite, because a lot of their syrups come in plastic bottles, and in a commercial kitchen, the less glass the better. In terms of flavor, imparts depth and the right level of sweetness to various drinks. I use it very moderately, and I maintain consistency as we go from formula to formula, by attaching a 1/4 ounce pump to assure a quantitative measured system is in place. USed this flavor for an ITalian Soda Bar. The flavor, to me, is more peachy. Kids liked it, but it was not as popular as cherry, raspberry and cherry. I do like the plastic bottle.

Mango is delicious! I love adding it to pineapple and coconut with blood orange bitters to make myself a tropical mocktail. It's a gorgeous rich flavor.

This Mango syrup is best when used in Itallian Sodas. The richness of the Mango pairs well with the cream in an Itallian Soda. Very popular.
