I ordered a case of this product for the upcoming Pumpkin Spice season in my coffee shop. We it arrived I checked the expiration dates and it all expires within 5 weeks which means it needs to be used up quickly. I contacted customer service and they offered no help and stated they can sell products as long as they are good for 30 days. I will never order from this company again as most that I order from do not send nearly outdated products. Waste of my hard earned money as a small business.

I have used this caramel sauce for 6 years bc of how thick and creamy the consistency was. My last shipment was runny and after checking each bottle I found they all were of poor quality. I am getting complaints from customers and will no longer be using this sauce as the quality has gone way down.

Does anyone know the shelf life on this pumpkin sauce once opened? Do you let it sit out? Only asking because it has heavy cream listed on the ingredient list. Love the flavor!

We use this DaVinci Pumpkin Pie syrup for our holiday special drink, it was so popular that i had to ordered 4 more bottles in a month! Customers loved it!

Most chocolate flavoring sauces you find are much smaller than half a gallon. This size lasts a good while, which is nice when used with smaller bottles as a refill. The gourmet name lives up to the hype, as customers enjoy the rich flavor of it over hersey's or other store options.

I have noticed many people saying our White Mocha coffee isn't as good as other places because the flavor isn't noticeable. We have to use more of this product for customers to like It. Will be looking into other brands.

Best chocolate sauce around! Has great flavor and isn't too sweet, which my customers love. I like that this sauce is shelf stable and very versatile. I use it to make mochas by combining the chocolate sauce with our espresso. Highly recommend!

Customers love this flavor of pumpkin pie. There’s so many different ways to use this. You can drizzle on the sides of a drink . Put it on top of the whipped topping. Also good drizzled on cheesecake. So many uses for this.

This is DEFINITELY not pumpkin pie flavoring. It is pumpkin spice — meaning the spices that go in the pumpkin pie but no pumpkin flavor. It is Chai tea flavored.

Davinci Chocolate Sauce is a staple at our coffee shop. We use it for both iced and hot drinks and find that it is able to withstand both steaming and blending very well. This is by far the best tasting sauce to make the pumpkin spice latte. I use this at home because one pump is the perfect sweetness for the iced variety of the drink. Not too sweet but surely sweet enough. Its pretty much perfect.

I've tried a variety of white chocolate sauces to determine which would be best to use for drinks for my future cafe. Compared to Monin, 1883, and Torani, I think Da Vinci is the best! It has a perfect amount of sweetness and doesn't leave a bad after taste! Definitely recommend.

This caramel is mouth watering goodness. And super easy to use! You can put a pump to make making drinks even easier. Not too thick and not runny at all. Over all great quality

Thick, rich and oh so decadent! This caramel sauce if wonderful over ice cream, cookies, in coffee....you name it! This is not a syrup; it is a SAUCE! We love it although a little goes a long, long way! Definitely a great alternative for someone who misses the dreaminess of a thick caramel sauce due to the caloric or sugar food values. This sugar free version is an awesome substitute! Definitely worth the money!

We are very impressed with this Flavoring Sauce. We use it quite often for adding to the top of our drinks. Which adds an extra element to our products. There have been a few opportunities that we have had to use this instead of the powder mix and the drinks are just as good.

I love this flavor and its such a hit but its definitely not a 'pumpkin spice' and I wish it was. Generally I will add a little spice chai or cinnamon into someones latte if they want 'pumpkin spice'.
