Diabetic Friendly!!! Searching for something different and being a diabetic is hard. I never realized how difficult it was a find a drink that you can enjoy hot or cold and it not being either plain tea or coffee. Chai tea is one of my favorite both hot and cold and I finally found one that it not only sugar free but does not leave an after taste. I am thrilled and going to be placing another order soon. If your searching for sugar free I highly recommend this brand, I do cut mine a bit with water because it is strong. Whether hot or cold I add a bit of water and milk then shake it up and either heat it or pour it over ice. If your searching for drink ware I love my mason jars with the handles for cold chai tea. The sugar-free Oregon Chai is awesome! It has all the same great flavor as the regular just sugar-free! Has 0 cal except for the calories that you add in with milk or other milk substitute. I highly recommend having this as an alternative if you don't want all the sugar and calories of the regular one!
