This product is hands down the best Chai on the market. It has the best flavor and customers rave about it every time. I love that it's organic and from my home state:) In the jug, it's concentrated, so it will make a lot of drinks.

Honestly, one of the best chai concentrates on the market. Hands down it's a customer favorite. I wish it was vegan however as a lot of our customer base has requested it and unfortunately Oregon Chai uses honey. It would be nice if they used a cane sugar or alternative sweetener instead.

We use to brew our chai and this has replaced us doing that. This tastes amazing and is so quick to make a drink.

Not much of a fan favorite, the chai taste is very weak and the milk overpowers it. We tried it with water but still not a crowd-pleaser.

Love this chai! The perfect amount of spice in my opinion. I'm not a fan of super sweet chai with little spice, so this hits the spot. Easy to make hot or iced, saves tons of time when the coffee shop is busy.

Very good syrup for making chai lattes. a little bit gets you a long way. We use a 5 to 1 ratio. 1 part chai, 5 parts milk. turns out perfect every time

It’s definitely good but I’ve had the original and this doesn’t taste that different. Wish it had more spice to it but other than that it’s a good concentrate

We sell so much of this chai. Because it's a super concentrate, your chai lattes will be much creamier than if you use the 50/50 retail cartons of Oregon Chai. Superconentrate is the way to go.

The super concentrate is super easy to use and has great strong flavor. You can even put a pump (sold here) and it tells you on the bottle how many pumps to do per oz!

Great taste, easy to use directions. Good shelf life and refrigerate life as well. Mixes well with cold and hot beverage and makes lattes a breeze to make without all the fuss of measuring the tea to cinnamon to vanilla ratio.

We did a taste test competition to see which chai flavor was the best, and out of two different Oregon varieties and one Tazo, this one was the clear winner, so we have switched over entirely with no complaints. We prefer this to powdered or the Tazo chai because it takes less effort than powder and is more cost-effective than Tazo.

The amount of spice in this brand (Oregon Chai) is the perfect amount in my opinion. I have had others that say they are spiced but you can't taste it. You can really taste the spice in this one. It gets a big thumbs up from me!

Great space saver from the 50/50 chai concentrate, easy to measure our use one ounce. Color is slightly darker than other Oregon chai but customers still love the flavor!

FYI the pump is sold separate. Do not forget the pump it is worth a couple extra bucks. I really love the extra spicy version of this chai.

This concentrate makes making iced chai lattes a breeze. We used to use the carton chai and just dilute it with milk, but this offers the same flavor and half of the price! Also has a pump that allows all of our baristas to remain consistent.

So normally I get the cardboard box chai tea but I decided to get the bigger bottle and I absolutely love it. Very easy to pump, consistent for the same great flavor each time. Occasionally the liquid will splash on our hands because of the intensity of the pump. Overall, we are very happy with the Oregon chai super concentrate.

Our customers love the extra-spicy formula of this Chai Concentrate. We use a pump dispenser in the 1/2 gallon container and it makes it easy to make drinks quickly. We go through a few gallons of this a month.

This is a GREAT product! It is much better value than the smaller cartons of Chai as it is super concentrated. Two pumps for a 12oz and three pumps for a 16oz.

The Oregon Chai Extra- Spicy Chai Super Concentrate isn't very Spicy but the consistency is great and so is the flavor. I would highly recommend!

Normally not a fan of syrup over real Tea but this works great for chai lattes. Heats up well. The concetrate makes it really cost effective.

I always ask for extra chai but since this is more “spicy” I find that I do not need to. This brand has a great flavor and makes a wonderful latte. Simply the best!
