This big train mocha blend is so good with a caramel drizzle. I love the mocha flavor alone but it is pretty amazing combined with flavored syrups.

this item doesn't sell alot but we keep it on hand for the occational request for reduced sugar. its quality is what you expect from big train and that's great.

I've been a long long time buyer of Big train blended powder products. I can't think of a better company for it. Careful with the Horchata, after a day of sitting in the fridge, the gallon container i used to make it in was full of cinnamon sludge at the bottom. That can be a good thing because it shows they weren't cheap with it. It's a pain to shake it again to incorporate it.

Don't waste your money on this mocha mix. We bought it to use in frappes, but the taste is awful and it's not worth the price.

Reduced sugar mocha, who would have thought it was possible. People are always asking about reduced sugar products and when you sell baked goods and coffee/cocoa it's sometimes hard to come across. This is a well balanced mocha that is just what I was looking for.

The Big Train reduced sugar mocha blended coffee mix is a great option for our low sugar customers. The mocha flavor is bold and really delicious. A great quality mix.

I love the regular mocha mix by Big Train, but I have 2 issues with the reduced sugar. First is the clumping of the powder. It doesn't dissolve well. It clumps up and more you try to breakup the clumps the more they "glue" together. Doesn't matter if I start with a little water to mix or the full amount. The last complaint is it lack flavor. The scoop is bigger than the regular mix and another little scoop is needed to get flavor out of the reduced sugar mix. It's satisfies the need for a quick cup of mocha in the morning, but it is lacking.

Highly enjoy this mix, very versatile can be served hot, over ice or as a frozen drink. Taste wonderful will buy again and recommend to all my associates.

Yummy, talk about a guilt free way to enjoy a frappe! I am hooked on these frappes! Mix half this and half of the reduced sugar vanilla and you got yourself a delicious frappe that tastes just like a milkshake!!!
