I have tried many Spiced Chai mixes from different places. I can sat that Big Train beats them all BY FAR. I have NEVER had a complaint about my Chai at the shop only compliments. We love it so much that we take the mix with us where we go!

More vanilla than chai flavor. It still tastes good, but lacks the slight bit of a typical chai tea from the spices. I use it at home for a morning tea. The suggested amounts are way off. My package says 2 large spoonfuls in an 8oz cup of milk. If you add too much, the mix doesn't dissolve enough. I have found a regular spoonful is more than enough. My steps: 1. Pour approximately 8oz of milk in a mug. Our shallower coffee cups didn't work very well, so mugs preferred. 2. Warm for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add spoonful of mixture and stir. 4. Enjoy! Note, if you add the mixture and then warm it creates a gross skin on top of the liquid.

I tried Big Train when I was started waitressing in high school, around 2002 - this was my first chai drink and I have been spoiled since. I have tried chais like Oregon Chai and I they taste awful. Some coffee shops recommend Oregon Chai simply because it's liquid and easier to make. However, I think the extra time you need to mix the powder with Big Train is well worth it so you don't sacrifice taste. For our tall iced chais, we mix the powder with a small amount of hot water until it dissolves, then we add the cold water and ice. It's one of our most popular drinks! It also mixes well with fun specialty latte mixes!

Absolutely the best chai out there bar none.....we can not keep it in stock and our customers get grumpy!! The no caffeine part doesn't bother anyone except for those who are sensitive and this makes them even happier. I can honestly say I have a lot of HOOKED customers.....love this stuff!!

Best powdered chai I have ever tasted! More on the sweeter side but doesn't need milk.

We carry Big Train's Spiced and Vanilla varieties in our coffee shop, and our guests love both! We dissolve the powder in a small amount of hot water before adding milk, and the end result is rich, creamy, satisfying drink. We have also had great luck experimenting with chai and additional flavored syrups to create unique seasonal specialty beverages. I've never tried any other brands, as our guests are so pleased with Big Train.

Bought this around Fall time last year. Was very excited to give it a try however, it never made it into customers hands because of it being WAY too pumpkin. I am sure it would fit some peoples flavor profiles although the majority may want to steer clear!

Just about the only place I can get decaf big train chai my drink of choice. Always packaged well and delivered to the door.

Good quality good general taste. I do add additional chai spices when I use it. I am using it in a white chocolate chai tea bomb and it just didn't have enough chai spice flavor for my taste. I like it to be very bold. Tat's what my customers expect from my products. So I simply created a spice blend that I added a pinch to each chai bomb. But overall it has a creamy, warming, and inviting taste.

30 plus years ago, I use to drink anywhere's from 3-5 cups of coffee (Hazelnut/Irish Cream Mochas) a day. Then, a lady friend who owned an espresso / deli shop introduced me to (frozen) spiced chai about 30 plus years ago, then she closed shop leaving me high, dry and addicted to that certain chai. >>> After many years of searching for the right one, I found it on webstaurantstore.com through Amazon. I signed up and went hog-wild and purchased 2 bags of spiced chai, Pumpkin pie chai and Green tea chai. (I'm sooooo excited!) If you love the lovely taste of creamy, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, anise,and ginger and wish to mix it with anything your heart desires, then this is what you need. Hot, cold, sprinkled on ice cream, Boca Burgers or what-ever ... it goes with any & every - thing ... it IS to die for. ??

We call this Fall in a cup. It's got the perfect blend of spices and it pairs well with so many other flavors, to make unique drink options. Mixes very easily, no clumping, and has a nice long shelf life. Not that you will have it hanging around very long, your customers will drink it up!

I was not a huge fan of this.. it clumped up and it overall was not very tasty. I had a few employees taste it and we didn't like it, although I know its a preferred mix.

People aren’t really a fan of the chocolate chai. The chai flavor isn’t strong but the chocolate flavor is. Customers prefer the vanilla chai one!

We have used this product for the past 10 years, it is a customer favorite. It is easy to make with just steaming some milk and adding a scoop! Adds a nice fall twist on this already awesome drink!

The best chai you can find anywhere! It is a powder but it has a creamy richness that the other chais lack. Many different flavors of chais to choose from as well.

i love this product! Much cheaper (and better tastier) than buying Chai lattes If you like your lattes a bit stronger, you can always add a bit more powder. Top it with whipped cream for a special treat. My daughter would rather have this than hot chocolate and she loves it iced too.

I’ve been drinking this stuff for years. One of my absolutely favorite brands of chai. So smooth and not overly sweet. Great both hot or cold.

We have tried other latte powders, and none match up with Big Train. The flavor of the Spiced Chai is great, and the mix gives our drinks a nice body and mouthfeel. We will never stray from Big Train again!
