I should begin by saying that I do not use this for Dough. I use this to chop up stuff like Pecans, Reeses Cups, Butterfinger, Oreos, Snickers etc. The handle is gentle on our hands and the blade chops like butter. When we do this the candies are normally right out of the frig. This allows us to have a nice clean chop into toppings or Shake ingredients. We have bought a couple of these. We use them to put toppings into our ice cream. We also have some labeled for scraping ice in the reach in freezer in between cleanings!

Fantastic scraper! Amazing price, excellent value. I can’t recommend it enough. I would expect to pay 5x as much for this scraper, it’s really great :) I make a lot of sourdough and other baked goods, and dried on flour and dough is terrible to remove from my counters. I’ve tried plastic bench scrapers and they don’t compare to this one. Seems very well made and durable as well.

Used in a commercial bakery setting, this block scraper/dough cutter works great. Quality construction and easy to clean and handle does not stain.

Straight forward dough cutter. Does it’s job and does not complain.

I bought this scraper for icing my cakes but since the handle is taller than the scraper, it makes it difficult to keep it straight while icing the cake. I haven't used it to cut dough but it looks sharp enough and very sturdy. Great as a dough cutter but not so much for icing cakes.

We use this product to make scones. We host kids cooking classes and we find the size works well for this application and the price is just right.

Excellent tool, dirt cheap. Use it to clean up a countertop of flour after making dough, use it to save your knife and transport prepped items from the cutting board to their destination. Does not deform, easy to clean. Dimpled plastic handle for grip with stainless steel blade.

Had a plastic dough cutter for a few years and can't believe I waited this long to switch to a professional, steel dough cutter. Cutting dough is a breeze and works great for cleaning cutting boards and counter tops too!

This is just what I needed-- a second dough cutter. It helps me divide and shape my doughs with ease, and having a second one allows me to do fewer dishes while I'm working with different doughs (even if it means more later).

I like this scrapper. I use it to smooth icing on cakes. It is stiff so if you are looking for a flexible scrapper this is not for you.

The 6" x 4 1/2" stainless steel dough cutter / scraper is a great bargain for the money. There is no need in my opinion to buy an expensive one when you can buy this!

I just got this because my bench scraper is too small to fit any cakes and when I saw the price I knew I had to get it! I mean this is perfect, the quality is heavy duty and amazing for anyone including home bakers like me!

Great kitchen tool for a reasonable price! I use this to make and cut pizza dough and so far it’s worked really well! No complaints.

Simple product but does its job well. I use it to make homemade bread and it does a great job of cutting the dough in half.

Many years ago, I spent a premium price for an item similar to this dough cutter / bench scraper, but smaller; it became one of my go to kitchen tools. The Webstaurant price was too good to pass up so I bought two, kept one for myself and gave one to my daughter who says it's one of the most handy items in her kitchen!

This scrapper has a much sturdier, solid handle than I thought it would (that plastic is thick and dense), which means it feels much better in the hand than a lot I've used. It has a good, heavier blade too, so it is equally suited for picking up a diced vegetable or sectioning off a hunk of dough.

Very nice a sturdy. It's very easy to use works well for many needs you may have, amazing quality. I use it for many things like scraping off the flour of my work area and smoothing a cake out.

Every station needs to be equipped with one of these. The handle is comfortable and the blade is a perfect size. They're great for clearing countertops and sandwich boards, chopping foods on a flat grill, or scraping flat surfaces in the dishroom.

I love using this to ice my 4" high cakes. My only issue is that sometimes the white edge makes it impossible to smoothly slide it around the cake. It is nice to have the extra height though.

Very useful. Makes it a lot easier to shape sticky bread dough. Also good for dividing dough, transferring ingredients from the cutting board to a pan, and frosting cakes.

This is a great dough scaper, perfect size for most baking needs. It's strong but flexible enough and works super well. The handle is comfortable and it is able to separate dough very effectively. It's extremely durable and I don't see a need to replace this anytime soon.

It is great for lifting up the edges of pie dough as you're making crust. So, I love this thing, it works really perfectly !

We use it a lot since the delivery. When my wife saw it she was so impressed that she ordered another one) It helps very much to scrape up any pieces of vegetables, fruits, cookies etc!

When no longer using for breads or doughs, the older ones are great for cleaning the butcher blocks bakers table. strong enough that is doesn't wobble when pressure applied

Good use as a block scraper to clean butcher block table. We use it for a lot of other scraping and cutting applications as well.

Works perfectly for cutting up vegetables. Also works good for putting vegetables in frying pan. Looks amazing and cleans up easy. I do recommend this product
