For having a kitchen that is around 200 square feet, space saving is key. We're able to use these bins on our metro shelves and go up and not out. I've used the larger roller rubbermaid bins which work great but these are perfect for the smaller restaurant. Being able to see how much is in them is great for doing orders at the end of the night too.

We use these containers at our restaurant for cashews and pecans in the front of the house. These containers hold about as much product that will fit in a 8qt cambro container. I absolutely LOVE the clip inside that holds the scooper. For the lids, we just pull it straight down so it hangs there. You can lift the lid up but you would have to hold it.

A great product. A lot cheaper than similar bins. Sturdy, and easy to clean. It is nice that the lid both flips up and slides down, which makes it easy to scoop out product. The only drawback is that the lid is quite loose, and is easy to knock open unintentionally.

Rubbermaid 2.6 gallon bin is perfect for storing food and ingredients in! It seals nicely so you do not have to worry about your ingredients going stale.

Love this item, I bought two of them for my powdered sugar canister. It works great and keeps our powdered sugar contained and fresh. It comes with a nice 1/2 cup measure for dipping your product out. I do recommend this product.

We have a few of these guys in different sizes. They work great. In photos they seem like the wouldn't be build for restaurants, only for upscale home kitchens but they are solid. Good luck getting staff to keep the lids closed.

These bins are great for our restaurant. They are stackable. We store all types of dry products like flour , sugar and beans in there. It helps with space and storage. Also they close with a snap so you don''t have to worry about it being open.

These bins make life a bit easier. In a commercial kitchen having the ingredient easily accessible is a must. I like that you can see through the clear bins and they seal really well too.

Finally. Remodeling work is done & able to use my new 4-Rubbermaid bins. Almost 2-yrs later....I have used these bin boxes daily and LOVE them. They make cooking, baking a breeze to get into & keep fresh(sugar,-bags of brown sugar,-flour,-bags of baking chips....and refill when needed from the top of the bin or the clear door....& stack w/the rest of the bin boxes. I know these are a little more pricy then others...but I want practicality and Rubbermaid's Brand seems to have a "lady engineer in this dept !!" These bin's make "great gifts...for anybody".....a men's shop, college student, kids room...and a busy homemaker !!

These Rubbermaid ingredient bins are the perfect size for storing different types of flour, sugar, and grains like rice and even pasta. I love that I can see into the containers through the front panel, as well as how their narrow shape allows me to organize them in a neat row in my kitchen.

These are fantastic containers. I bought 4 for my flours, sugars and cocoa powder. It makes measuring ingredients so much more convientent. I was a little concerned about ease of refilling but the top comes completely off making it perfect to just pour more flour or sugar in. It's also very sturdy once the lid goes back on. The fact that they stack makes it perfect for my smaller storeage rack.

Great dry food bin! Easy to snap together. Its compact size makes it great for average cabinets and it's so nice not having to move around a big bucket. Scooper included with a sealed storing spot - big plus.

We have purchased these many times to hold grains and flour. The slide top lid is great, because it can't be lost, and the scoops are very convenient.

This is an awesome product by Rubbermaid . I like the transparent view on top to view the contents. Looks so neat on the shelf too.

These ingredient bins have every feature you could want. The scoop is comfortable to use and sits out of the way on a dedicated hanger. The divider is also valuable as a leveler and the lid slides up or down depending on your needs.

We currently have at least 5 of these bins in out kitchen, storing all of our bulk dry goods. The 6.25 gallon bin has enough space to fit 50 pounds of most products, although it might be a tight fit.

We use these to store small amounts of ingredients under our pastry prep table. It is so much easier to reach down for a cup of chocolate chips that have to open the huge storage bins which aren't as easily accessible.

Makes my bakeing area look so nice and neat and organized with these. I keep sugar in one and corn meal in the other, Easy to get what I need with the large slide up lid and scoop holder inside to keep it up out of the product.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this ingredient bin!! I originally purchased the Choice version, but ended up purchasing the Rubbermaid brand when I found out the opening was larger. This is extremely well made, easy to refill, and makes access to your ingredients very easy.

I like this bin and I don't like it. It certainly saves space because we can put it on our dry storage shelf and right now space-saving is our main priority. It bothers me that the lid is not anywhere close to being air-tight and if you bump it, it falls open. The fact that the scoop can be stored out of the ingredients is great but I find it amusing that the health dept would fuss about the scoop being left in the flour/sugar/cornmeal but don't have a problem that little critters can get around the lid.....

Nice quality as expected from rubbermaid. nice size and stackable. Are a little bit hard to clean but doable. Using for sugar might get another one for cocoa

We store our breader in this container and it is so handy and convenient . The lid slides down for easy access and the measuring cup clips in the front.
