What can I say? Bought it in 2009 and still operating well in 2021. Way better than the other products we used in the past. Spend the extra $ you will be glad that you did. I have a leaky valve on it now and why I am considering a new one. Its the ball valve in front for clean out. May be able to replace it. Torch and a pipe wrench? Highly recommended.

I bought four of these fryers in April of 2024. They work great for my food trucks. One of the fryer suddenly doesn't work after four months. They pilot will stay lit, but the tiny flame of the pilot lit up so little that when the gas filled up the tubes, it explodes. I'm scared to use that particular fryer so it's just sitting there collecting dust. I have not had a chance to call support yet, but plan to call support now that it's almost summer again.
