Reviews for D&W Clear Dome Lid for 1 1/2 lb. Aluminum Foil Loaf Pan - 500/Case

Be warned this is no longer the same product it once was under this order code. The lid is much more thin and brittle and less durable. My packaged sweet breads are no longer stackable with this lid. So disappointed. Bait and switch?

As you can see from the photo, this is a very, very high lid. Lots of extra room in there. Doesn't work best for a low rising bread such as banana or zucchini. Presentation is bad for that. However, great for a decorated item with Halloween picks or tall icing.

I bought these to use with the 1lb foil bead loaf pan. They fit securely, keep the product fresh and you can see the product well. i was a little disappointed in the strength of these lids. They bent easily and I didn't feel they were strong enough to stack. That is the only drawback.

The lids were recommended for the 2lb foil pans, they don't fit properly they are bigger than the pans, we had a large order and bought 2 cases just to find out the day of packaging lids where to big, we had to tape 800 lids to the pans so they could stay in place. This added extra time and labor to finish the order.

These lids are completely worthless and annoyingly frustrating every time I use them. As I see stated in other reviews the lid is so flimsy you cant stack your product. They constantly come off, split and crack so they allow the air in ruining your product. Wasted my money and I cant wait till they are gone amd I can make my life easier with something better..

Just reordered these lids to fit item 612a80 1 1/2 foil loaf pan. They are still not the right lid. I was told they would be discontinuing this item and replacing it with a lid that fits the pan but this hasn't happend yet. Do not buy this lid in hopes that it matches the loaf pan, because it will not work. The manufacturer needs to fix the issue.

I have been purchasing these lids and the matching pans for many years. They have been a good product, as stated in other reviews, they can not be stacked high (I can stack 2 high before bottom container's lid collapses) as the lids are thin and flexible. The last order, there was a problem with the lids snapping tight on the pans, webstaurant resolved my issue quickly. Plan to reorder with hopes the lid/pan closure has been resolved by manufacture.

I loved these dome lids! They make the foil bread loaf pan look so much prettier, especially if you add a ribbon with a cute sticker too. Very sturdy at an unbeatable price. I'd buy them again.

Lid style is like the 1.5 lb ones. Nice and sturdy. Works as intended. I recommend. These 1 lb pans are really small, for those like me that wasnt sure

These are high enough to cover a dome from baking in the containers. Very nice and fit and seal well. I would buy these again.

We use these domes for our sweet breads and the 1lb foil bread loaf pan. It looks a lot nicer than covering the pan in plastic wrap.

The cover is a perfect fit for the loaf pan. The cover is durable and made of good quality. I reconmmend this product to be used with the 1 1/2 lb loaf pan

These lids are sturdy, easy to snap on and off of the pans. Love the clear so customers and see inside. My labels fit perfectly on them.

These really do not fit well on the foil bread loaf pans every time. We are not really happy with them and have had to figure out an alternate option.

Set the saran wrap aside, these covers work perfectly with D&W Fine Pack A79 1 lb. Foil Bread Loaf Pan #99961635. If you overfill the loaf pans they will not snap shut so be conscience of that.

These lids fit the foil pan just right. The price was reasonable for the quantity. The size is perfect for banana bread. Next I will be making carrot cake in them. The lids display the product nicely.

Talk about making your baking easy to display. These lids are great, so convenient and easy to use. Just the right amount of space above your loaf if you add toppings to baked breads and customers can see how pretty your baked goods are. Makes for nice presentation and easy to sell your baked goodies.

This worked perfectly paired with D&W Fine Pack A79 1 lb. Foil Bread Loaf Pan - The domed lid did the trick by finishing off a perfectly.baked pound cake loaf using 5 lb. Pound Cake Mix, here, on this site. It fit securely and was just the right height. Great!

I have to agree with other customers that these lids are thin and not the most durable. I can use them, but cannot stack them as I thought I would be able to. The plastic lid does crack pretty easily when stacked.

These lids are great addition to the loaf pans. They keep food protected and look very professional. They also make it easy to stack the pans, as opposed to wrapping the pan with a bread bag.

The lids are an essentail part to the foil pans I bought. They do go on quite difficult at time however they stay on which is important.

I love to bake breads of all kind, sweet and regular and having the availability of these lids at such a low cost makes selling or gifting our products very easy. Gives a very professional end result when selling.

I love using these for the mini loaves of bread I make. They fit perfectly on the 1 lb pans and because they have the dome lid there isn't any smashing of your products. These give them plenty of room.

Using this lid with the foil loaf bread pan makes a very nice presentation. Add a small bow and it is gift worthy. I sell more loves when they are covered with this lid.

These lids are a little difficult to get on at first. Once you do it a few times, it gets easier. They seal tight and do not allow spills

I need to order these a lot more than I do. They are so sturdy and I love the way they snap onto the foil container perfectly!

These lids fit perfectly on the loaf pan! Even if the cake batter spilled over a little bit, the lid still fit on! Perfect item!

Bought this as companion lid to the 1lb loaf pans. I've crushed a few lids while attempting to close them over the loaf pans. But once you get the hang of it there won't be any crushed lids. Once you get the lids on they look nice and won't just pop off. Great value and I love that they always match the number per pack with companion pieces.

The 1 1/2 loaf pans are great for quick breads and other products at our bakery. The downside is that the lids have changed. They used to snap tight to the pan, even after baking. The new lid fits easily over the pan and covers the product inside but doesn't snap tight. This is a definite negative for this otherwise great product.

Before buying these wonderful lids, I was bagging all my breads. With this lid, it has made it easier to display my breads now. The dome is high enough it allows the breads to rise up and still have a lid!

If your wondering if you should get the lids. Stop and get them it is worth every penny. I have sold more banana nut bread using these lids then not. Very sturdy also

These lids are a great buy. The add a lot to the loaf pan itself. We recommend the lids to just wrapping the pan in plastic or foil. It adds to a nice look and keeps the bread fresh.
