I bake for business and pleasure, and these pie tins are great. They’re sturdy, which is the main thing, although I don’t agree that they are “Extra Deep.” The depth of a standard pie plate is 1 ½ to 2”; these are 1 3/16 inch deep. If I’m making a customer pie, I’d want a standard size pie tin (Example: Diameter 9 ¾ - 10”, Depth 2”, Bottom 8 ¼ to 8 ½”), whereas if I am making a gift pie I would use this size (Diameter 9”, Depth 1 3/16”, Bottom 6 ½”). I have attached pictures to show visually what I mean. All my neighbors got pies in this size and my customers paying $18 per pie received the standard size plate that you might see as a dish in the grocery store. Excellent tins no matter what. I’m just sharing more specifics.

These 6" pie tins are a wonderful size for the baking I do for farmer's market. Customers like the "enough for 1 person, but not skimpy" amount of pie. The tins hold up well.

These are a large mini pan so if you're looking for a mini pie size, you may want to get the smaller 4 7/8" ones. These are light a large pot pie! But I use them in the winter for dinners!

I love these little tins! I bought them for my booth at the farmer's market and was not disappointed. They are perfect for the mini pies I make.

I love this size because it makes for a great size personal pie. I ordered the 6" containers and used a glue dot to hold them from sliding.

These are great for my individual cinnamon rolls. They fit into the 7" clear hinged containers. You can also use them for any individual servings of desserts or food product.

Excellent little pie pans. They make a deceivingly large mini pie. They work perfectly for my mini lattice pies that I sell at the market and hold a full cup of chopped apples in a double crust. I can't find this size for this price anywhere else. I've already re-ordered!

Have used these twice in my gluten-free vegan food business. Once was for a shepherd's pie served for a fundraiser. I covered each one with aluminum foil with aided reheating for the dinner. The second time I made GFV shepherd's pie for the local co-op market. This time I used the clean plastic covers, which snapped on easily and held firmly. Not liquid proof, so do be careful. Great product, holds a lot.

We use these aluminum tins for our retail take out business for chicken pot pies. The perfect size for our individual size pies which are deep enough for a good size serving. They are very sturdy and work very well.

I ordered these little foil pans for my mini-pies that I sell at the Farmer's Market. They are the perfect size for a two serving pie. They fit perfectly in the 6" Dome Hinged Pie Take out Container 323BL6H. I will be ordering this product again in the future.

We have multiple food allergies, making it impossible to rely on most convenience foods for quick meal options. Several times each month, I pre-make a number of meals that are easy to serve for those days when we're rushed or not feeling well. I thought that having personal pies might be a fun way to mix things up a bit, but couldn't find affordable options for purchasing multiple pie tins. These pie tins are getting thinner. These don't collapse(fold in 2) like the Chinese ones.

These excellent pie pans work great for any pie you need to make. We use them for apple pies and they are simply amazing to work with!

I love these pans! I use them for making my pies every day. They're the PERFECT size too. When I double my crust and fillings recipes they make exactly 3 pies every time. A great way to keep overhead costs down. Very sturdy.

Found the perfect size pie pan that will fit my homemade 8” flans. These pans are more sturdy than local supermarket pie pans. Also, they ship a lot faster. Will be buying more in the near future.

I like to make my pies with a lower filling to crust ratio so the depth of these pans is fantastic. They are strong enough for every pie I’ve made and allow the bottom crust to brown nicely.

Great product! I like that these are wider than the standard, because the 9" pie pans are actually 8 15/16", and I prefer the larger size of these. I wish they made an extra-deep version!

These work perfect for little mini pies at the holidays or with the seasonal fruit. For my bakery they are equivalent to just slightly less than a piece of pie. Helps keep the portion cost appealing to customers. I have tried larger pans that almost feed two people and customers love this size much better.

Nice pie pans for every day use. The foil isn't the super thick heavy duty type, but they still hold up well for pie making.

Starting a small business in participating in farmers market - I wanted to cut down the price on my purchases for materials - after finding this web site, I was very pleased on the prices and quantities associated with the large amounts that I could get . These are great for selling pies at the farmer's market. I wish they were a bit thicker on the bottom. The bottom can sag a bit with a heavy pie.

We use these pans for our apple pies for our orchard. They are a perfect size and a great quality product. We want to use a sturdy pan as customers often take pies home as they come out of our ovens and these fit the bill!

These pie tins are great. I opted for the deep ones to fit more of the pie filling and these are perfect. Sturdy enough to fill and bake in and also wash and reuse for my home use and great for my business as well they fit great in the 10 x 10 pie boxes that I purchased as well.

These are very thin pans. You will have to use at least 2 at a time. They aren’t sturdy at all. Nice size but definitely looks smaller in person. Probably won’t reorder these. Unfortunately I waited too long and was unable to get a refund.

This pan was very very flimsy, bends very easy, when cutting pies if not careful you will cut right through pan. I ordered these thinking I was getting one I had ordered earlier. I do not recommend this pie pan.

These pie pans are perfect for using in house as utility trays, staff was wasting expensive plastic dishes just to transfer items in house, now i don't freak out because these are so inexpensive.

I love to use these for a LARGE individual sized pie. They are really about the size of 2 slices of pie so the portion is very generous.
