Basic, good size, a workhorse. We like to use Panasonic because if you need to repair, a simple phone call and a box is sent and postage paid and your unit is back - fixed - very quickly.

AWESOME! we've used these (bought 2) for 16 months and boy! do they get used! easy to clean and there have been NO problems or variance. they seem pretty bullet proof to me.

We beat the heck out of our microwaves. We have two of these and use them like crazy, slamming the doors mashing on buttons constantly. These are very durable and will serve you well.

Bought 2 of these, 1 failed in a couple of months with moderate use. The other works just ok. I would go with a higher model, these aren't very reliable.

Works great for our needs! There was a learning curve with programming the automatic timers (even with directions), but once the initial setup was complete, everything runs smooth!
DIDN'T EVEN LAST A MONTH. If I could review this one star I would... It was barely used as our restaurant is all made fresh and nothing heated/made in this microwave but reheating up quiche... Bought because of the past reviews but not sure how...

This microwave works really well. Since it is a commercial microwave, it does have some functions that we had to get used to, but once we did, it was easy to use especially for regular functions.
Nice microwave - good fit and finish. Relatively quiet and easy to use. It has a nice gray, automotive paint-like finish on the top and sides.

Flexibility. 3-stage heating allows user to bring cold foods gently to temperature, eliminating surface scorching and the need to constantly monitor product. Defrosting is exceptional: I defrosted a package of hot dog buns from soidly frozen to usable in four minutes, with no loss of product due to moisture loss/hardening.
