I like this digital thermometer and have brought more than once. The screen was large enough and clear enough for me to tsee the digital reading. It fit nicely in my chef jacket sleeve to allow easy access when I needed it. I would recommend.

This thermometer is very slow to read and I don't get the impression it is the most accurate either. I use it for tasks that are not really time sensitive or as a last resort incase my better one ever fails.

This is a simple and inexpensive digital thermometer. It works as it should, but the top piece tends to separate at the seam. I grew tired of gluing it back together so i discarded it.

These thermometers are accurate and relatively quick, but they break easily. The batteries also die rather quickly, so they weren't the best choice for a very busy kitchen.

Thermometers give an accurate reading, but sometimes it takes a little bit of time to get there. Definitely faster than a normal thermometer, but instant is a bit of a stretch. Still a solid product though.

These thermometers give a quick and accurate reading. Battery is easily replaceable, so you don't need to worry about that. The holder is nice to have as well. Highly recommend this product.

Ordered two. One never worked and the other died in less than a month. Bought these as "better" brand to replace the 4 3/4" Digital Instant Read Probe Thermometer generic ones that did not last long. I have used taylor brand thermometers and have had no issues in past. Maybe diffrent supplier or bad luck

These are a must have for any kitchen! You can instantly know exactly what the temp of the food without having to wait. Easy clean up with them to. Do NOT submerse them in water!

This is a very good thermometer at a very reasonable price from Webstaurant. It has stood up to regular daily use in our commercial kitchen and always reads accurately.

The "Taylor 3516 4 3/4" TruTemp Digital Instant Read Probe Thermometer " is not the best thermomter. The LCD screen seemed to stop working after about a week unless you pressed down on the screen.

I think these are my favorite type of thermometer to use in the kitchen, it's accurate and there is no need to mess with having to calibrator it.

This thermometer is accurate, as to be expected from a Taylor product. Fits snug in the included sleeve and easily turns on and off. Be sure to insert the thermometer far enough into what you are temping (I find at least 1'' to be sufficient), otherwise the readings take forever.

This thermometer was helpful in our kitchen for measuring the temperature of meat and other food that we are reheating. Our only complaint is that the temperature read takes a couple of seconds to show up on the screen. Its an accurate thermometer, it is just slow.

This is actually my second Taylor thermometer and I'm completely sold. They last forever, I just purchase this new one because my previous model was damaged after working for nearly 7 years. Very durable, and really fast read. The probe is really long and allows you to stick thru holder to safely insert into hot items. The vast range of temps make is useful for more than just tempting proteins.

The Taylor instant read digital probe thermometer works great. The digital screen is a good size and easy to read. It have s nice sleeve to keep probe covered when not being used.

This is a really nice thermometer for the price. It is true to temperature, quick ( not instant, but it reaches temperature quickly), and very precise, especially for such an inexpensive thermometer.

The Taylor 4 3/4" TruTemp Digital Instant Read Probe Thermometer records temperatures accurately instantly. It doesn't break easily and is well made. I will definitely purchase this again and I would highly recommend this for any commercial and residential kitchen.

This is a great, quick read thermometer. It record temps quickly and accurately. We are very pleased with it and will purchase additional ones in the future.

Thermometer has a battery saver and requires you to remove the plastic tab before use. When I attempted to remove the tab, the entire top piece became detached. It took me a little while to get it back on but eventually I was able to and it works well.

These thermometers are really easy to read, however the difficulty comes in that they take forever to get to temp. Overall, these are a good pocket thermometer option but if you are doing something that requires super close watch, I'd opt for another one.
