Purchased this vac for an elderly woman who needed a vacuum that was lightweight but didn't skimp on power or effectiveness and wouldn't lose suction after a few uses. The handle is comfortable and easy for her to grip, even with severe arthritis. The power switch is convenient and easy to operate. The bag is simple enough to change and reasonably priced if purchased in bulk. There's even a pocket to store the next one right on the vac. It moves easily over medium pile carpet but does a very good job picking up even staticky cat fur. The long cord allows for cleaning multiple rooms without changing outlets.

Very easy to use vacuum. It works great on any carpet. I love it because its ligjt weight and im not very strong. Makes my job easy

Great little vacuum that works well for carpet areas and doess a good job with dirt and paper, however be aware that it does not get any corners or edges and has no hose to compensate that and it is LOUD which is fine, but when you pull it back it has a bit of a shrill sound that actually hurts our ears a little so we use earplugs,, which are also offered on Webstaurant's webpage!

This is the best vacuum I have ever used. I have one at the business and one at home. It lasts much longer than more expensive cleaners and it is light weight

Finally - a vacuum that lasts - we have gone through several vacuums in our restaurant - this is the only one that has held up

Decided to buy a commercial vacuum so it would last a decent length of time. We used it twice and it stopped working. If you turn it on it screeches an ear piercing noise, but does nothing (not that you could vacuum with that noise.) So upset.
