5 - star product with 3-star flaw. When you try to mount, the walls need to have some sort of a backer, or you will not hit studs. should have some slots in the back rail to allow for hitting more studs, so that the shelf will not pull from the wall.

The shelf was good price and came in a timely manner but several of the welded bolts seperated when tightening the nuts!

Strong durable shelf for our food truck. Easy to install. Very strong sturdy shelf. Would highly recommend the shelf. Great for food trucks. And you can install them upside down for food trucks to help keep everything in place.

I actually use this for homebrewing. I first bought this to use as a spice rack in a small apartment kitchen, but misread dimensions and was much too deep for the space. Held onto the item due to the build quality, thinking I'd find a use. We converted the second bedroom into a brewing room and this is a fantastic shelf for storing powders, chemicals, and other brewing adjuncts. The shelf itself is non-flimsy and for the price is hard to beat. Don't forget to buy your own mounting anchors. I did!

This is a high quality, sturdy shelf: all made in stainless steel. It was a great DIY project, which allowed me to add valuable counter space above my radiator. After several months, I am happy to report it is really in great shape, and it is very easy to clean.

This is an outstanding product. We bought the Regency 16 gauge stainless steel wall shelf to use as an extension of our stainless steel point of sale counter. It works perfectly and is sturdy and very well built. We will certainly buy more of these as the needs arise.

After looking at several places to get a folding shelf we went with this one. This is mounted on the outside of our ice cream truck as a serving shelf. Very sturdy and well built. Great price for what you get. We have had it on for over a year and zero issues with the folding brackets.

Please read this before you install the shelf! I think these shelves are nice overall, but one of them did come bent in several places. It blows my mind how other reviewers have noted this, but nothing seems to have changed from a manufacturing/packaging standpoint. That is pretty bad of this company to allow this to contine. The problem is they don't put a styrofoam padding all around the product (inside the box). If they had better padding, most of these issues would be resolved. I have seen bad reviews where people are trying to line up the small holes on the brackets to the screws mounted on the underside of the shelf. That is not how this works. You are supposed to use the side which has the larger holes on the underside of the shelf, and use the smaller holes for the wall installation. Unfortunately, another fail of Read More

Really bad, metal was warped when i got it, do not purchase this

I ordered 4 stainless shelves like this, different lengths too. 3 of the 4 had the backsplash bent during shipping (not from the Fedex Delivery box they came in, because those boxes were undamaged). And the last shelf I was putting together, the very last bolt is totally misaligned and I'm gonna have to remove it to fasten the wall brackets correctly. The material is very heavy duty and better quality of what I thought was going to be delivered. Quality control is pretty much non-existent. Edges are sharper than they probably should be for kitchens.

Ordered 3. They all came bent. The company shipped me three more. They all came bent. Got a price reduction and will try to hammer out the dents in the best ones. These just don't ship well. Would not recommend.

Bought this before reading the reviews and I regret that. The bolt completely separated from the shelf while we were installing just like most of the other reviews.

Quality of the shelf was good, not great. The edges of the supports are razor sharp and you may need to wear protective gloves or you can easily cut yourself. Good shelf for the price, even with the high shipping cost.

We have these shelves throughout our restaurant, all various sizes. They are extremely durable and super strong. We also use the convenient bar underneath with the hooks for hanging up anything and everything.

Order was delivered very quickly. The shelf is well made, sturdy, easy to assemble on the wall and wipe down clean. Just what we needed.

Of the four shelves in this series that I purchased, three were either 1. Defective (holes/ screws in wrong place-- didn't fit) 2. Damaged (bent), or 3. Poor quality (screw broke off, uneven finish). Webstaurant Store provided good customer service (as usual) but this particular supplier has very poor quality control. I like the overall look so i'm sticking with them, but I would not recommend this brand of shelving.

Needed to replace my windowsills on my espresso stand and these came out looking so fresh and clean. Extremely simple to put together and attach.

I like this product but mine came in bent I called the customer service and they made it right but it did arrive bent up. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars
