Handle is sharp and could cut someone’s hand when opening. Also, ice melts very quickly. I was hoping to buy this as an upgrade, and continue to use my older one that works better. Opt for a higher value ice bin.

Hate to write a bad review but hoping to help others out before they purchase this item. This ice bin is made incorrectly. The drain is suppose to taper downwards in order for the water to drain correctly. Instead, the drain tapers upwards so the water sits in the bin unless you squeegee it towards the drain. You shouldn't have to do this. I contacted Web Store and they sent out a replacement bin the first time. Before sending the replacement bin, they assured me that this was a one time incident and that the remaining stock were made correctly. Second bin arrives and once again I have it professionally installed and same problem. Now I a having issues with them either replacing the faulty bin with another brand or refunding me my money. The legs are a little wobbly.

I would agree that this product is not suitable for use. The sliding lid doesn't really slide without the end user adding some nylon guides or something similar. Also as others have said, the lid edges are sharp. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Missing legs. We should have caught that. Now legs are out of stock everywhere.

We got this ice bin easy to install, stainless steel it has a lot of space for the bottles on the sides, it has the drain for easy cleaning, we love this bin.

Shipment came quickly. Very good condition. Install next week!

Very useful for keeping or juice lines cold for bottle service. Its also helpful as a back up bin for ice just in case we end up low on it or needing more at times as well.

Way to expensive for what it is, but it does do the job and it does it well so I can’t complain. It holds ice over night for sure and holds about 30lb.

This is a great little ice bin. Sturdy and easy to assemble. The shipping for this item was a pleasant experience. Just note that it doesn’t come with anything additional such as hoses or drain cap. I highly recommend the ice bin.

I could not be happier with the purchase of this Regency 18" x 12" Stainless Steel Underbar Ice Bin with a Sliding Lid and Bottle Holders. It does exactly what it's designed to do. We keep this right next to our Avantco 3 bowl refrigerated juice dispenser to add ice to the cups when serving drinks to our customers.

The products from Regency make top quality stainless steel but surprisingly reasonable prices. The ice bin is very strong and sturdy. We love having it!

Product arrived to the building packed well but a couple soda nipples seemed a bit bent. Accessories arrived in the bin. They are not hooked up yet, but seem like they will work appropriately.

This ice bin is the perfect size to fit under the bar. Legs are adjustable for easy leveling. The bins that are included fit our ice scoop and supplies nicely.

We have 2 of these bins, and they sit side by side. They hold a ton of ice, and work well for your soda gun ice plate. Make sure to silicone the back edge to the wall to prevent leaks.

This ice well is exactly what we needed and it fit perfectly behind our pine! It is the perfect well size and design for a smaller bar setting!

We purchased this Regency underbar ice bin to use in our boba blender station. We decided to modify it a bit because we didn't like the galvanized steel legs that came with it. The height was also not correct for our application so we bought some stainless steel tubing and cut the legs down to size. Luckily the mounting for the legs was just slide in tube style with an allen set screw. We also added a set of 4 casters so that we can move the ice bin around. Works great for us now!

Great little ice bin, I wish it was a little deeper, or could be purchased in a deeper way (18" wide with the backsplash, and 24" deep would be nicer way to fit this in our space). We don't use it in a bar setting, so we had to change out and put taller legs, it wobbles a little bit, but we could put a nice shelf under it and it would fix the situation. Either way its a great well for very cheap.

I needed to save space at my small restaurant and this helped do that so much. I love my ice bin and I love that the cold plate is built in.

This ice ben ia the best. The water from ice drains out the bottom which is great keeping just the ice for lemonade. The side trays work perfect for flavored syrup.

We bought 2 ice bins and they work perfect at our bar. We also attached the speed rack to then. I will say they are not very heavy or grounded. If the speed rack is full and the bin is not full of ice they will tip.

Great ice bin. Love the size. They are very steep tho so unless your ice is filled to the top you have to reach pretty far down to get the last bit of ice.

This is a well constructed Ice bin. It is insulated great so no condensation. Be sure to level it correctly to avoid standing water. It is installed in a High volume bar ion downtown Los Angeles and has held up well. The male 1" strainer to FIP drain connection has never leaked...

This ice bin has function flawlessly. It has had zero corrosion. It’s very easy to clean with soap and hot water. I love the wide side bins for storing liquor. I also really like that it has adjustable feet to level the unit .

this is great for holding ice, just put it under your bar counter top and itll hold ice for quite some time. It has a little drain in the middle. Its really cool.

Keeps ice frozen for hours. Makes getting ice for drinks easy and quick. It fit perfectly into the nook where we wanted to place it - was like it was made for us!

This is a good little unit and the price is good. The only bad thing about it is that there is no slope to the drain (in fact it curves up a little) so fully draining it is a minor pain. Still a good value.
