I can't believe the reviews for this sink. The mounting hardware is a joke. There is just one strip of metal that the entire sink rests on. Nothing else. You screw the strip into the wall and the sink wedges onto the strip. Sure it holds it there, but just barely. It practically flaps around. Certainly will not withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen. I wouldn't even install it in my house. Also, the pieces that secure the drain to the sink are a joke. Very flimsy, and not enough threads on washer to get downpipe to attach to drain basket. Don't waste your time and money on this.

The sink seemed ok at the beginning. Within less than a year, the inside of the handles and also the valve started stripping. I needed to replace all the handles and valves (i bought 4 sinks. that's 8 replacements!!). I would definitely not buy this product again

This isn’t that good - hot water side stripped on 2 of the 2 I got lol - have to keep tightening with a screw driver. Got points docked during a health inspection due to the hot water handle not working.

Thought the sinks were a great price, but you get what you pay for. The faucets are very light weight. Had to have the plumber install new faucets on all 3 sinks

This is a good little sink. Comes with everything you need to use it right away. I would buy this again if the need arises.

This is my primary hand washing sink and it gets the job done with zero issues. highly recommend this hand washing sink for your place of business!

Ordered this item as a package but received only the sink. Then once I contacted customer service, they wouldn't expedite shipping as we had a health inspection. We did receive the faucet after 3pm on the day of our inspection but did not receive the drain. Had to purchase a seperate drain from a hardware store.

Regency 17" x 15" Wall Mounted Hand Sink with Gooseneck Faucet is a great value for a small space. We had no issues with install and looks good. It has rusted pretty bad but still functioning. We wipe it clean & dry at the end of each day to try and prevent further issues. Pictures show use after 3 years of daily use.

This hand sink with splash guards fits very well in small spaces, but the 17 x 15“ size allows for a little more room to wash your hands. I had absolutely no regrets with having that extra space!!! I purchased two of these sinks, and they were very easy to install. Water flow is great from the faucets and the brushed steel has a nice clean. Look to it.

This Regency hand sink comes with a faucet. Its the best value for your money. Ive purchased this same hand sink multiple times for a few restaurant that I worked at. Ive compared prices from many websites and local stores and this is the cheapest. Even though the cost is lower than most, it is still a quality item.

These hand sinks are stationed all around the back of the house for our kitchen staff. The material it's constructed from is easy to wipe down and sanitize. I have no complaints for this product.

I bought two of these to be used in two of my stores. The faucet broke after only 6 months of use. At first I thought maybe I got a defective one but after I bought the second the same happened. Probably my worst purchase. Never again.

We purchased five of these and all five had hot water knob strip. We had to replace all faucets. The sink overall is a good value however if the could manage to replace the faucet with a higher quality you would be set.

This is a great product for the money, and built pretty well. The side splashes are high enough to keep vigorous handwashing splashes from getting everywhere and having the fixture included makes the price even more affordable.

The sink itself is a good product. I have had mine installed for about 3 weeks now. The caulk on the sidesplashes is not the best but suitable. My big complaint is the faucet itself. The knob on the hot water side has already stripped out and I was told it is not under warranty. Customer service did provide me with part number for a replacement to order myself, but unfortunately it is out of stock. In short, sink is good, quality of faucet seems somewhat questionable.

We purchased this for our kitchen/cafe remodel back in January. Have been using it for several months now and it is great. Arrived in perfect condition with no damage during shipping. Perfect for a smaller area and it is easy to clean.

This is a great sink for a small space. It does not have the splash guards on the sides, but the bowl is deep enough I haven’t had any issues with water getting everywhere. It was a quick and easy install. Comes with the faucet so it’s a great value for your money.

As others have mentioned, the faucets wear out in a short amount of time. Ours lasted 6 months before it started to leak. Ordered a replacement faucet but it does not fit.

Good sink. The hot and cold dials are a little loose when it comes to turning the water on and off, and there is a lot of dead turning where water doesn’t come out.

Purchased this sink to install for my employees. Easy to secure to the wall. What is unique about this sink is the walls on the side, which prevent water from splashing onto the floor! Great purchase!

Cheap material, not recommended. Bought it less than a year ago, handle broke and not replacement for it, unless you buy the whole faucet on something that should cost little to replace.

Affordable, Easy Install, fast delivery. Needed a sink with Side splash ASAP, this came and has workd perfect for a corner handsink. Doesn't take up much space. Handles need to be undone and re tightened every few month to keep from dripping. For the price, best bargain.

Fantastic is simple design that is allowed us to clean very easily. Which is a huge time-saver for our facility. Most other sinks we have used have small nuts and crannies which make them difficult to sterilize completely. But this one has been a breeze.

If you have a very small kitchen and you need to fit a lot of stuff in it, this sink doesn't take to much space ! But the faucet is always leaking ...

This is a great little sink and worked well for what we needed. We were required to have a sink with an air gap for produce to meet the health department requirements so this unit worked well and I also like the solid backsplash.
