I purchased 3 of them 4 months ago. All three the knobs are stripped. I hope I can repair them. It will obviously be costly to replace.

The sink itself is great and will last a LONG time... But the faucet is junk... And I bought 2 of these sinks, and both faucets failed in 2 months... Go buy another brand faucet and put it on this... The faucet included is NOT worth the headache... You will spend more money replacing faucet 2 months later than the cost of the sink itself. To Webstaurant: Please bundle a better quality faucet so we don't need to learn our lesson after the installation! You can charge a bit more and advertise "HIGH QUALITY FAUCET".

Not a very high quality sink, but this is reflected in the price. Only a couple months after installing it, the hot water knob came off (the internal thread and screw thread got worn down) and was unable to be reinstalled. Sink also stains easily and sidesplash edges are sharp.

Sink was easily installed and operated well but the stems and handles are not sturdy enough and stripped after two months of use.

Takes up very little space and fits great inside of my food truck. Read the description closely because mine did come with the 12" bracket needed to hang it. the bracket didn't cost much, but having the extra piece lying around is a bit aggravating.

Assembly was quite simple and the splash guard was a plus. This sits right next to our three compartment sink and it fit really well considering it being on a food truck.

Very compact hand sink! Still going strong after 5 yrs, only needed to replace the handle which wasn't a big deal. internal parts are kinda hard to find.

Two months after install, the faucet sprung a leak while it was off, flooding our kitchen. We happened to catch it after a few hours, but if we had waited until morning the damage would've been substantial. Not recommended

This sinks are easy to use for handwashing stations. Super practical to have at almost every corner of the bar if needed too. And really useful for everyone.

We use this sink in our food truck. It is perfect! Very compact and works well. Easy to clean

This is by far the cutest little commercial sink out there. We have a tiny bathroom for ice cream guests and this sink hung on the wall perfectly. Does it's job well. We set it so little hands can reach too! I thought it would be flimsy for the price, I was pleasantly surprised!

Had to purchase this hand sink with side splash guard because it was near a triple sink. It serves its purpose and it prevents water from splashing everywhere.

Great sink option for the price. I have purchase a couple of these, one for my food truck and the other for my commercial kitchen, super affordable and passes state inspections (depending on your state/county) Really easy to install and plumb. Would recommend for any commercial kitchen.

I can't speak to the typical build-quality, but the regency sink I got has a broken weld and missing caulking, this is pretty unacceptable quality.

This sink is the perfect size for small. tight spaces. It's sturdy and serves it's intended purpose perfectly. It's easy to install, easy to clean.

I had to buy a second hand washing sink per code. this one is perfect and complies to my local and state requirements and fit into a very tight area that I needed it to.

Came nicely packaged. Seems to be nicely built. My one complaint is that it does not come with the 90 degree elbows to connect to your lines.

The most affordable hand sink we could find. It is the perfect size for our small kitchen. Comes with the faucet too, which is convenient.

The cold and hot knobs both stripped and aren't working. Assuming the replacement offered here is the same poor quality as the original so I'm not sure its worth the time and money replacing that way. Unclear if different kind of faucet will fit also. Chatting support yielded 0 help.

Product arrived to the building undamaged and packed well. Product seems to be of good quality. Size was perfect and will work perfect for the application.

Super tiny little sink. Pay attention to the dimensions and it's very very narrow. I use my bathroom sink most times as this is just a little small. I'm not fond of the side but due to placement I needed it for health code. Overall tho - solid purchase and better price.

This smaller faucet we had some issues with the cold water handle. I emailed in and they sent me a replacement part. We replaced it but they still have problems.

Good and simple sink. It was easy install and attach to the wall and get the water running. Also great size to fit into a small kitchen in need of a sink! We love how the faucet is able to move as well! Love and would recommend others to buy this!

The 12x16 inch hand washing sink is a mobile food trucks dream. It’s a large enough sink to get the job of washing hands done, but small enough so it doesn’t take up too much space in your already small space. The knobs turn effortlessly, the basin is deep enough so water doesn’t splash everywhere, and the gooseneck is the perfect height so you don’t splash water or hit your hands. Would definitely recommend this sink to everyone

We had two of these hand sinks installed just over a month ago. Now, they are both leaking along the sides. The side walls are very poorly attached to the basin, meaning any water that collects along the sides of the sink runs down the very poorly sealed corner and onto the floor. This has nothing to do with installation or even the faucet and plumbing-- the sink basins themselves are not properly welded and sealed. I am still waiting to see if this can be repaired or if we will need to replace the sinks entirely.
