This is a terrible product. The inside stopper, corroded and fell apart in less than 3 months. Nothing going down the drain but sanitizer, dish soap, and water. Wish I could return them!!! Don't purchase!!!

Really not sure why these aren't just included with the sinks instead of the basket strainers! A huge quality of life improvement not having to stick your hand down into a basin full of water to drain a sink, also lets you easily slowly drain the basins to make sure that your drain pan isn't overwhelmed

What a great product. Half the price of a plumbing store. Easy install and is working great. Comes completely assembled, just need to install, took 20-25 minutes for each unit.

The quick and easy installation of the drain valve was great. So far so good on functionality, it was a little tight on the mechanism but seems to be loosening up nicely now.

Love it, so essential for 3 compartment sinks and proper sanitation. My team fills all 3 sinks at the beginning of a shift, and at the end, poof, release and you're done!

It fits like customized glove on my sink and works very well. Hope it will stay there for long time. Highly recommend it for three sink system

the Regency Twist Handle Waste Valve - 3 1/2" Sink Opening hold a great seal on our prep sink along with our three compartment sink.

This was surprisingly heavy and solidly constructed for the price paid! It was a bit difficult to install it in the sink tightly, because there are only two very shallow notches in the rim of the upper part of the assembly to hold it in place when screwing on the base. Also, I replaced 2 standard basket drains with these in our 2-bay sink, but had 1 1/2 inch plumbing to fit these too, which have 2" threads. I didn't realize an adapter would be hard to come by - some of the pricier drain assemblies include a 2" to 1 1/2" adapter, but these didn't, and I could not locate such an item on this site (did find such an adapter on other sites, for a high price plus shipping!). Instead I fabricated an adapter with a few plumbing pieces, got the job done but more work than I anticipated.

A Word To The WIse: The stopper head gasket on one of the Regency Valves we installed on a 3 compartment sink lasted exactly 90 days. Item worked fine until this small but crucial component failed. Webstaurant does not have a replacement gasket nor will recommend a source for a replacement. It appears Regency does not offer a replacement either.

worked great until they broke from erosion. i had 4 and one by one they all broke. the last one broke this week and i have to buy more now only after 2.5 years of use.

Bought 6 of theses, and all have the same problem, t handle gets stuck, and removing the handle the treads is falling apart so i can not reinstall.

I have had 2 of these drain valves now for almost 10 years in my home brewery and they have performed very well. I have taken them apart multiple times to clean them and have had no issues with them sealing.

Bought this 4 months ago and it has already stripped out at the handle. Leaks and required to order a new handle hoping the stripped threads are only in the handle and not in the valve. Poor quality expected to last years...

Sink opening for regency sinks. Stops water so you can fill the entire sink with water to do dishes with or to soak dishes. Very easy to use

we had these installed from my plumber and they kept having to be tightened. When used by cooks or dishwashers they don't hold up to the wear and tear of a kitchen. I would not recommend

These are a must-have for any sink we have one on each of our three compartment sink. Easy to assemble and install. Very durable and sturdy

This twist handle drain fits my new three bay sink very well. Installation was simple and no leaks. The lever turns smoothly and makes empting the dish water a breeze.

These drain valves installed easily while plumbing my new 3-compartment sink. Draining the water from outside the sink is a good idea. Though I'm glad I chose this option, the handles are annoyingly in the way.

These are great my only complaint is the handle which sometimes feels like it's not connected properly or sonething. But is fully functional and inexpensive. I would still buy this again.

Super sturdy and well built. The action on the lever is surprisingly smooth and seals off well. It was a little tricky to get it aligned properly on install but I got it.

Regency twist handle waste valve sink opening is a great feature. Does everything is supposed to do works just fine. Regency make some of the best faucets and we're happy to buy it you're on web.

This is a MUST have for any commercial sink. Do not waste your time with those cheap drain stoppers!. Install these from the start and you will be HAPPY

Love webstaurant, best prices, quick ship, etc. This particular manufacturer is poor however. I bought 3 new drains for my 3 comp sink and right away 2 of them have slight leak from back of lever assembly. Now I'm only a few months in and one of the levers is failing to stay in the up position to keep water in the sink, it droops down allowing the seal on the drain to let the water out. Very dissatisfied with this product and don't recommend it. Love webstaurant but they need to drop this lemon from their selections.

We bought three of these as replacements for our current three compartment sink. They fit well seems sturdy for the price they can't be beat. I've had these more than a few months already and even with daily use they've held up so far

Appear to be good quality waste drain but all 3 of them leak where lever enter the assembly. Tried tightening the ring that holds the ball valve in and still leaks on all 3 assemblies that I purchased.

I recommend this waste handle for any restaurant that has a stainless steel dish sink.. Allows you to open the drains without sticking hands in the sink

As another review mentioned, the rubber gasket broke. I have 6 of these valves and 3 gaskets broke in a few months of use. The previous review was responded to by Customer Solutions with the part. I ordered those and they didn't fit - they are too big.

This waste valve is heavy duty and sturdy and help assure we never have to get our hands wet and dirty with waste water. The handle twists easily between stop and flow.

These are definitely worth it if you have an open kitchen that is exposed. You will not have to reach into a deep sink full of water to unclog a drain or remove a plug.

From everything I can see, these Regency waste valves are a great value! Seems to be a solid build. We haven't installed them quite yet, I will post another picture review once they are installed. Really happy so far with Regency products.
