Bought these for the office first aid kit and they work really well. Perfect size can store a few of them in the first aid kit.

This is a nice pack of Ice for instant use. These are one time use but they get cold quick just make sure when using don't let it touch your bear skin

this cold compress ice pack works really well because you dont need to keep it in the fridge, you smack the pack and immediately via a chemical reaction the pack gets cold, it is large in size

These instant ice packs are great. They work fast and more importantly they are very reasonably priced, so buying multiples at a time is what we do.

I liked how one-sided can go directly on the skin. However, it is a little small, so it loses temperature quickly. All in all a pretty good deal for the money.

I have used these many times in my athletic career. I bought them for that just in case moment when you're not around a freezer that has a freezer pad in it. You simply "pop" the bag and it gets almost instantly cold, however the cold doesn't last super long. That being said you're suppose to keep a cold compress on injury about 20 minutes and its does just that. its a great one use item when not around ice or a freezer

Wow this instant cold compresses pretty cool so you take it out of the package and you smack it or folded in half and squeeze till you hear the pop and then you shake it and it gets instantly called I had hurt myself and had to needed an ice pack while I was camping and this worked fantastic highly impressed

This is a great product! This product consists of a 5"x 9" instant cold pack! You just fold it shake it then it will become cold. Wrap in cloth before using and discard pack when finished!
