I ordered this Backyard Pro BP30-ALKIT 30 Qt. Deluxe Aluminum Turkey Fryer Kit/Steamer Kit on a Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. When I opened the package I found a dent in the 30 qt aluminum pot and contacted Customer Service about it. In two days I received a replacement 30 Qt pot in the mail and it is in perfect condition. I put the Kit to the test and fried up a 18 pound turkey and it came out PERFECT! I will be ordering from webstaurantstore.com again and again…..

I like the fact that this bundle included steamer accessories. I've used the smaller outdoor fryer pots before but never to steam. Was a breeze to use and clean up.

I bought this set last year and was able to fry 3 turkeys for Thanksgiving. The set was easy to set up and came with everything you need. The biggest turkey I had was 19 lbs and barely fit without having the oil bubbling over. This year, I decided to do three 12 lbs turkeys. Unfortunately, after filling the pot with oil, we noticed the pot was leaking from the bottom. It was a huge bummer, we couldn't see any hole but there was something allowing oil to seep out. Obviously, we couldn't use the pot and we had to scramble and use the oven to cook the turkeys. I only used the pot once and it had been a year so the 6 month warranty had lapse.

Bought this item 3wks ago in preparation for Thanksgiving. Have used it 2 times so far. Build quality is good. I read some comments about concerns with the 5lb regulator but it works fine. Blue flame and plenty of power. I wrapped the threads with teflon tape before I screwed the hose into the burner. I live at 1300 feet elevation and cooked at 45 degrees, and this weekend at 21 degrees. I live in the northeast where we seem to be real proud of our cold. No issues at all. Everything works as expected and I'm ready for the main event. It does take a little getting used to if you've never deep fried before. I found cooking at 300-325 and adding 1 minute per pound the birds come out perfect. Pot cleaned up fine, no black soot on the bottom as some others have experiences, no issues with anything.

I received this and one potwas dented and it was replaced very quickly which was great customer service. I used it several times for a shrimp boil and had great success. The burner works very well.

I just received this fryer today from Webseraunt. It was delivered free of charge, which is a nice touch, and although they were back ordered, I had no problem with that after seeing the product. It must be popular and difficult to keep on stock. This is a quality item, all stainless steel with a welded burner stand. It is indeed, 100% stainless, except for the burner, of course, which must be cast iron. I have burned through three aluminium pot and cheep steel units in ten years costing the equivalent, if not a bit cheaper each time, than this unit. I am confident that this unit will last for years, from my experience with the big box store aluminium/steel models. The only concern that I have is that It comes with a 5 psi gas valve. I really love this fryer, it made my life so much easier and saved me a lot of time when frying turkey instead of baking it. I take it on my camping trips as well.there's nothing like fresh hot fish and a cold beer. I think I use this more than my stove during the summer months. Great buy.

This 30 quart deluxe aluminum turkey fryer kit is my favorite! I use this for frying big meat like whole fresh ham! Very versatile and easy to use! Highly recommended!

Well this is the first time we cooked our thanksgiving turkey in a deep fryer .Loved the deep fryer one piece of advice do not use as much oil .we filled it to the line to much but other wise turkey was amazing and product was worth the short money

The fryer/steamer appears to be of good quality and build except for a couple minor problems. First, the predrilled holes for the burner bracket are on the wrong side and 2 new holes will have to be drilled to accommodate the burner bracket legs. Second, one of the legs on the cooker assembly is only spot welded on the outside, the other 3 legs are spot welded on the outside as well as welded on both sides of each leg on the inside. The one leg may need a bolt through it to ensure it doesn't come loose thus creating a hazard of the assembly tipping. (Spot weld not very strong) Other than these issues it seems to be a nice unit.. Great product, great value!

I've only used this 2 times so far and I am satisfied with my purchase. The base was simple to bolt together, just watch the sharp sheared edges of the sheet metal, as they are not deburred. Everything went well until cleanup. I cut my hand while wiping the rim off. There is a razor sharp edge where the rim is welded and rolled. It was not cleaned up well either. I may have gotten a bad one, just be careful.

Used this to fry our turkey for Thanksgiving. Base was very easy to assemble and everything worked phenomenal. Cannot wait to use it for a low country boil this Christmas.

Easy to put together and use. We use it for frying turkey and it works wonderfully. Not sure if it's good for commercial use as we only use it for personal use.

Backyard pro all stainless steel turkey fryer/steamer kit is AWESOME. Love it!! Have been wanting to do a shrimp boil for some time but had no idea what pot to buy. Can’t go wrong with setup. If you’re on the fence buy it. Everything you need and shipping is fast. Received my order in two days. Other reviews mentioned 5lbs regular, I’m @1,200 feet elevation no problems boiling 20 quarts of water (around 12 minutes). After 3 uses so glad I purchased this one

Fast easy setup. Excellent heat output and can be easily adjusted to lower temperature if needed. Requires very little majntenance after each thorough inspection. Easy to clean.

I got this for my husband for our anniversary. We used our steamer kit while camping and had a crawfish boil. It was great. Easy to use and big enough to fit a large amount of food to feed multiple people. It has everything you need to fix a variety of foods. We love our new Fryer/Steamer!

The product came in dented on the top and around the kettle. It does the job but definitely feels cheap. Was overall unhappy with the product would recommend a better one. Not worth the price.

five stars for the price. This has the basics covered. Issues I found: rust on the venturi burner plus washer nut, chrome paint peeling off burner, horizontal movement of burner due to the way it's constructed, regulator knob coming off if turned counterclockwise to full off position, pot lid curved and not settling level on pot. None of these were major. I expected the minimum at this price point. It works and with care should last. Worth the money.

The stainless steel pot is flimsier than I expected and the lid does not sit properly on the pot. Unfortunately, I delayed opening and using the pot past the 5 days after delivery, nothing could be done about the misshaped lid according to the chat rep. The burner stand needs some "beefing" up also, a little unstable even on a solid surface.

Fried up a great big turkey for our family. Was able to use all the accessories that come with. No splatters and never burned myself. Turkey came out absolutely perfect

Just received this today and I was super excited to get it! The burner assembly was super easy, but it's not clear what to do with the skewers or the fish fryer basket, I can't figure out where the handle screws on to and the directions don't specify. I'm am sure it will work wonderfully for our Turkey this year! I just am giving it 4 stars because of the half missing assembly instructions. Can't wait to use it.

I looked at the hardware store and big box store fryers, none looked very sturdy. This one was just a few dollars more and is much sturdier, no worries about a slight breeze tipping it over. Mine arrived with no assembly instructions, but looking at photos of it assembled and it was together in short order. Even came with a "wrench", but I suggest you use actual tools to put it together. Planning on low country boil and fried turkey soon.

This is a great fryer that we used for thanksgiving time to help make a delicious Thanksgiving turkey. All the tools it comes with work great!

Bought this for a crab boil event for 15 people. Was easy to set up and use. The pot was not as heavy duty as I'd like, but for the price and the event it was fine. I did upgrade to a heavier pot to use in the future. I don't think you can go wrong with this set.

My husband decided this year we needed a turkey fryer of our own. He has been frying our Thanksgiving turkeys for a couple years now at a friends, but he wanted his own fryer so I thought going with the more pricey one with something like this is important and it was well worth the money. He was so happy with it and said it was so nice to work with and much better than the one he has been using.

This is a must have for frying a 16-18 lb turkey. The pot is spacious enough to leave room on all sides. We also used the accesories to fry potatoes, onion rings and chicken wings. The base was very stable even on the rocks outside.

Bang for buck is high - because it is inexpensive. But you must note this is thin aluminum. it will not last like SS and drop or bang them on anything and they bend and warp. You pay for what you get but if you are using infrequently this is a good buy. Mine bent on first use - pot and lid

we love this fryer i have used it many times to fry turkey and i have fried a whole chuck roast in it and its a nice set up
