Reviews for Acopa 9 oz. Customizable Stemless Wine Glass - 12/Case

We ordered 60... out of the 60, 58 of them were defective. These are horribly made, have defects in the glass ranging from bubbles, to bad seams, to unexpected lines, several of the glasses don't even sit flat. It's clear that Acopa did zero quality assurance checking on these. We contacted Webstaurant and were advised to dispose of these and purchase more expensive glassware. Our money was returned to us. Never again with this brand for us!

After the first washing, glasses would just shatter as they were being wiped. I like the looks of them but they are not durable and break very easily. I bought 3 cases and at least 6 out of a case of twelve broke just from wiping them dry.

Absolutely love love love. These wine glasses are lead free and of excellent quality. I recommend for anyone simply needing glasses or wanting stemless wine glasses.

Beautiful glasses, I use these for laser-cutting. Sometimes, because the stemless wine glasses are short, I have a hard time laser-cutting them because the rotary wheels have difficulty grabbing the bottom of the glass.

I love these. Though they're not very thick and heavy, they don't feel fragile and I haven't had them crack when they bump together. These glasses make any drink look lovely, not just wine.

I like the look of these glasses. They are not the best you could possibly get but they are great to have as a classy staple cup in your cabinets. They feel really sturdy too though I have not dropped any yet!

size:12oz we ordered 60 in October, of those 60 i have 1 left. They seem to break just if you look at them. Very poor quality glass which is very disappointing for a great company like acopa. Do not order these if you want to repeatedly use them.

This wine glass was a perfect purchase and was a big hit at a birthday party that I hosted. The size and feel of each glass were just what I was looking for. Wine sampling stations were set up and guests carried around their glass to pour their own samples. I had etched the glasses with a party logo and each guest went home with a memorable souvenir.

Breaks very easy

I wouldn't buy this particular glass again for my needs. The mouth is too narrow and they break easily when being polished.

Three cases of arrived and not one glass was broken. They are perfect size glass for a toast for a dinner party. I’m very very happy with them. I had not ordered anything from Webrestaurant store and was a little concerned about the negative feedback. I’m happy to report. These are a perfect addition to my event.

I teach a wine painting class at a local Cat Cafe. Customers paint kitties on the glasses using enamel paints. I was using stemmed wine glasses, but the stem was hard to paint and hold the glass at the same time. This stemless glass was a great solution to my dilemma. And, the customers loved the glass. I ordered 2 cases of 12. Fast delivery. No breakage. The glasses are heavy and well made. I will buy them again for my classes.

This was first time purchasing from WebstaurantStore. I purchased six cases of the 12 oz. stemless wine glasses. The order was perfect! None of the seventy two glasses were broken and the price was affordable. My second order was for two cases of the stemless glassware. Unfortunately, one of the glass was broken. I reported the broken glass and was given a replacement. I am extremely pleased with WebstaurantStore and would order from them again.

I ordered 6 cases, 3 were damaged by Fedex and never delivered. Webstaurantstore sent a new shipment, just in time for me event. Excellent customer service. Of the 72 glasses, 4 were defective and slightly angled. I figured after you drink a little you won't notice...

I etch on glass, and these are a great size for most needs. Well-made glass. Very happy with feel and style

These came in perfect! They were packaged perfectly and not even 1 was broken! They have a great hand feel. Next they go to get my sporting dog club logo on them for an event!

These glasses break very easily. My bartenders start to polish and they crack immediately. They have also cracked randomly in the dishwasher. I do not recommend this product.

This is a very nice stemless wine glass. I have a modern aesthetic in my cafe and this version works nicely. The size is great for a 5oz pour and feels comfortable In the hand. The price is good for the quality.

While some glasses are a little uneven at the rim it’s smooth still and nothing sharp hits anyone’s lips! It’s only a couple like that like 1-2 but they’re still perfect! Shipped super quick and undamaged! Would totally recommend!!

These glasses are the perfect size and we definitely prefer them to stemmed glasses. They are sturdy and have a nice, but comfortable, weight/heft to them. They wash well and we have not experienced any chipping or breakage. We don't just use them for wine, but all types of beverages, and guests really seem to like them.

My most recent order was a replacement for a previous order that was damaged. The 2nd shipment was properly packaged, therefore the items WERE NOT DAMAGED. Thank you for replacing order & having it packaged properly!

Pros: inexpensive & big Cons: super brittle, chips, cracks & breaks easily. I will not reorder these again. Very disappointing

Perfect for my need and will buy again. Shipping was good and packaging was also good. I will put in another order very soon when I get these out from my little glass shop.

These were awful. Super thin glass that shattered easily. Shattered in peoples hands as they polished them, seriously cutting one person. Do NOT buy these!

Exactly what I wanted!

These are nice glasses, but we prefer the smaller type of stemless glasses. These feel more fragile than their smaller counterparts. They are still a good value, though.

These are a nice size and shape for an everyday/casual wineglass. The glass is a bit thin for my linking, and the rim of nearly every glass has a very pronounced bump that cheapens the look of the glass.

The glasses are very poorly made. Most of the rims are uneven and wavy large bubbles in them. They are very inconsistent with their mouth size and I have had several cases where the glasses are lop sided. Will be switching to a different glass type where I don't end up throwing out half of the the product because it is unusable.

We have started offering a Flight of mimosas at our restaurant and after looking at some pretty expensive 6 oz glasses we came across these. Because of the cost i was a little skeptical on the quality. I was wrong. after 2 weeks of heavy use no breakage, no chips or even scratches in the glasses. the heavy base keeps them from tipping easily. A very nice glass over all.

NOPE! Spend the extra money and get the Libbey 231's. They're heavier, last longer and feel better in your hand. If you're reading this, you are probably using them in a commercial environment. You KNOW how bartenders, servers, bussers (and guests) treat your glassware. For a little bit more a glass, they will pay for themselves with less breakage than the Acopa alternative.

I would select 0 stars if I could. I ordered 5 cases of these glasses and EVERY SINGLE ONE looks terrible. They don't sit flat, the glass has horrible, rippled seams. You can't even see through them clearly. Several have large bubbles on the rim and not a single glass looks the same. Some have heavy rippling near the base and none at the top, some have it throughout. I use the glassware for sandblasting and these won't work at all. They are absolutely awful. Not to mention the box they arrived in was basically a paper bag and several other items in my order were shattered.

Simple and elegant glasses, these are robust in a way that stemmed glasses aren’t. The shape makes them easy to grip while manually washing, and customers like them too
