First, Webstaurant sent me this when one mug in my case arrived cracked, so I have to appreciate their responsive customer service. Second, this mug is great quality, just smooth glass with no chips or seams. It perfectly matches the other mugs I have. I like using it for beverages hot and cold, as well as to serve ice cream.
Good quality and solid weight. They’re comfortable to hold, easy to clean, and look great for both dine-in and café setups.

The mugs are of great quality. I use them for etched custom mugs and they work great. Shipping is fast and great customer service too. I had a problem With a couple of mugs that came broken and they were quick to replace them.
