This is an extremely high quality mixing bowl that I find myself reaching for again and again. It also looks beautiful in my kitchen and I'd be just as happy to use it as a serving piece.

I need these bowls for decarbing oils on a hot plate. Love that they are oven safe for such an amazing price! I’m excited to use them!

Bought about a dozen of these bowls. They work great in our bakery for items that we hand mix like our carrot cake cupcakes. Durable, cleans well and can hold a large amount of cake batter. Would recommend these for home use as well, they work well as serving bowls or for parties. Will get more as our business need grows.

This is my 'go-to' bowl when baking because the bottom is flat so when using the hand mixer, I can mix the very bottom and ensure things get mixed properly. They are sturdy and durable--I've had mine for about 4+ years! Can't beat the price!

We like these mixing bowls. The Anchor Hocking glass bowls are easy to clean and hold up well using metal spoons and beaters in them without scratching.

This mixing bowl is going to be a workhorse in my kitchen. It is thick and just heavy enough to be perfect for mixing batters and dough that require adding hot ingredients to. Also, thanks to Webstaurant for shipping the bowl very well protected so it arrived in perfect condition.

I love these bowls! I’ve used them in my residential kitchen for a number of years and they are still in very good shape. They are nice and thick and pretty heavy. I stack 5 of them on top of each other on a shelf and they haven’t chipped or gotten stuck. Short of dropping them on the floor, I’ve never had one break. Because they are glass, they are microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. They are so useful and inexpensive that it's well worth having extras on hand.

This bowl is ideal for large batches. It has the capacity to hold two large batches of waffles (makes about 14 large waffles). It is deep so it's easy to mix all the ingredients. It is a little heavy but it is now my most used bowl.

The Anchor Hocking 81575AHG18 is the 2.5 Qt and mid-sized of the 3 anchor hocking glass mixing bowls. It's the perfect size for most baking tasks. The quality is outstanding as consistent with Anchor Hocking products in general. The glass is thick and the base is flat for nice stability when mixing. It's got some weight to it as once would expect with a thick glass bowl but just mentioning if it slips your mind as the weight could be a negative for certain situations. Overall its a awesome bowl that you'll find yourself grabbing for many uses beyond baking.

I love the Anchor Hocking products. Made in America is big for me, but besides that, they, while still using soda lime glass, make their products thick. Much like the old school style mason jars, the added thickness really helps both with durability and feel (I prefer the extra weight).

The anchor hiking 80 oz mixing bowl is a great size for whipping up a batch of cupcakes. The straight up sides make it easy to hold and stir opposed to the more rounded mixing bowls.

This glass bowl is exactly what i was looking for. I really like the taller sides of the bowl. The glass itself really feels durable. I am not worried bout it chipping anytime soon. I am very pleased with this bowl overall.
