We use this product to customize for our customers. Great product and reasonably priced.
Love the depth of the 1.75”. And I love the handles. But today I was baking pie crusts. And one of the dishes exploded and sent shards of glass all over the other crusts and the oven. I had to throw the other crusts away. And remake everything. There was absolutely no cracks. And the dish went from room temp to the oven, so no big temp change. Now I’m scared to bake with the rest of them.

One of about eight pie pans I own, since sometimes you just need a slightly deeper pie pan for a certain type of pie. This one is basic but functional. Big handles make the crust a bit tougher to deal with, but make it easy to get it in and out of the oven.
This pie pan has proved excellent for making pies and tarts and seems very durable. The glass itself is relatively thick compared with some others I have used, adding to its durability and increasing the time it takes for a pie shell to become fully cooked, I love the depth in this particular dish which allows for more filling.

This is a perfect size for a classic pie. I don't think it is that deep and find the size is very close to a normal 9" pie pan. It is excellent quality and I will need to order a few more.
I have other pie dishes that are deeper and more attractive, but for the price this is a solid choice. I like how large the handles are, that's a very nice touch. There's really not a lip or rim on this dish though, so making attractive patterns in the edge of the crust is difficult, and the inner edge of the rim has a weird pattern of large dots that push out, which is a pain to clean. But it's cheap, it's deep enough (for the most part...I fit about 2lbs of uncooked apples in it for an apple pie), and it's attractive enough to be a workhorse if you need it. It's not going to impress any guests, but I guess that's what the pie is for, isn't it? ;)
