We originally got the Torani orange syrup for an Orange and Cream milkshake and it worked great. We usually use Monin syrup, so when my manager ordered more syrup, he got Monin. The Monin syrup, we discovered, takes about twice as many pumps as Torani to get the same taste, and unlike Torani, the Monin syrup does not affect the coloring of the shake, so our Orange and Cream shakes just look like our vanilla shakes. We are going to try switching to Torani completely to see if this quality difference applies to other flavors as well.

While I really enjoy this product, I am docking stars for the "case" sale. I ordered more than I actually needed to purchase a full "case" in order to avoid receiving a bunch of loose individual bottles. Unfortunately, this backfired - I received a wobbly extra large box of 12 repackaged 750 mL bottles with leaky bottles getting sticky syrup all over the place instead of a tidy case that I could easily store. If I had known that I would be receiving individual bottles instead of a case, then I would have ordered only 6, which is all I needed at the moment.

The hazelnut flavor is excellent, but sometimes we find 1–2 bottles per box that aren’t properly sealed. When we open the box, it’s sticky with syrup, and we’ve even had to discard a bottle that was only half full.

Received the delivery for the box and the bottle seal was broken and syrup was leaked out, all syrup bottles syrups was looking bubbly, not sure if the syrup is ok to use or contaminated.

Love to layer this syrup w others to make handcrafted drinks. Flavor is !!!!! Good

This syrup has to be one of my favorites! The flavor is so good! I use it to make lemonades and energy drinks. It also tastes good with strawberry!

Like most everything else, the price of Monin syrups has gone up nearly $ a bottle. But the incentive to buy from Webstaurant isn’t there anymore when there’s always the anticipation on delivery day of whether or not your items are going to arrive intact or busted up. I can go to my local restaurant food supplier and get what I need immediately for the same price now, and not have to pay a monthly subscription. Unfortunately these variables will have many consumers shopping elsewhere.

We love using Monin syrups at our busy little coffee shop and roastery. We often rotate syrups, but we've kept the Monin Pistachio syrup in stock for the two years since we've been open. One of our most popular drinks, the Candied Pistachio Latte features this syrup.

I am a latte person and drink quite abit of coffee and I use Websterant coffee syrup, and is the cheapest place to get it and they got fast shipping

This stuff works great. I would say it tastes a lot like cookie butter but more the generic one (NOT Biscoff).

French Vanilla is my absolute favorite. It’s a richer vanilla flavor reminiscent of French Vanilla ice cream. This is a flavor I always have on hand - I like the large bottle as I go through it so quickly.

This Monin Sugar-Free Strawberry Syrup is fantastic! It has a rich, authentic strawberry flavor without the extra sugar, making it perfect for my drinks and desserts. This flavor pairs really well with fruity flavors. Blackberry hibiscus is a winning combo for us with lemonades and frappés. It’s a lesser known floral flavor and adds a unique menu offering. Highly recommend.

Bought this product for our seasonal drink menu and the flavor is not great. It's very chemically tasting, even when it's a minimal amount added. I've tried cutting it and it just is a real rough flavor.

I'm not a pumpkin fan, but the majority of our customers are! We get so many compliments on the taste of this syrup.

The first fall season we had this, no one really picked up on it. The second year it seemed like everyone was getting it! Still very popular, although once we got a good pumpkin it had competition. Really great, balanced flavor, warm feel to it and compliments coffee flavor so very well. Easy one to recommend to people.

Every time I order Monin products, one comes broken and open, the packaging is terrible, the same with all Monin products, change the person who packs this product.

This is just nasty. Can't use any other word to describe. Monin is usually an OK brand to use, but this was just gross. Made a couple caramel apple lattes with it, and every person didn't drink them. I had to make new drinks without this apple.

The black cold brew concentrate is so much better than the maple pumpkin. The after taste of the maple pumpkin is very offsetting; it has a mix of artificial-ness and cardboard flavor that I do not enjoy.

Of all the Monin syrups I've tried, pineapple is the only one I've had a real problem with. The flavor is great to start, but ends with a strong plastic aftertaste. Perhaps I just got a bad batch, but I won't be buying this again.
