They were delivered horribly shattered glass pieces. I was so scared that I took out a few of the tops and stopped taking them out because there were pieces of glass in my hands. I couldn't get a refund because I didn't know the flavor and threw it all along with the ones below. I learned this time that it is correct to throw away all the boxes containing pieces of glass, but I wasted my time with a messy customer service.

Huge fan! Add to sparkling water and you have a nice, calming sip to enjoy. LOVE this flavor!

This is a very nice lavender. It’s not too fragrant or sweet. I think it’s a good mid-range flavor to satisfy a large amount of customers. I use 2 pumps for 12oz latte or tea and then add/subtract a pump to suit the customer.

Perfect lavender syrup! There are a lot of different brands out there, but this one is definitely a favorite of mine. I really enjoy adding this into lattes, matcha and lavender. I will continue to repurchase.

Sometimes lavender can be overwhelming and too powerful. This syrup is good though. We use it in iced coffee and everyone who tries it loves it!

Since we've had a fair number of requests for lavender, we decided to give this one a try, and so far no complaints. It doesn't have the overpowering alcohol aftertaste that we feel many Monin flavors have, and it's been popular enough for us to consider continuing to carry it.

The lavender flavoring syrup has a nice and strong taste. You won’t have to use a lot of the product in order to receive the lavender flavor. Which is amazing because you save a lot of the product and your allowed to make a lot of beverages.

Delicious syrup, I am a Lavender lover so I just adore this stuff. I mostly use it as an extra flavor booster and sweetener for the Lavender tea I often steep from buds, which tend not to have enough Lavender aroma for my liking, this makes it perfect.

Monin has been our favorite brand to work with for our specialty coffees and teas they are perfect for mixing with our lattes or just sweetening regular coffee. They don’t taste artificial and are all natural. Lavender is a favorite around here!

Very popular with the college-age set -- they love it in London Fog lattes (Earl Grey tea steeped in steamed milk plus lavender and/or vanilla syrup). As long as it isn't overdone, the flavor is pleasant rather than soapy.
