This syrup is really unique as it is organic. The quality is so much better then going to Starbucks or places that use artificial flavoring / colors in your coffee.

I'm a fan of Monin Products for their fine and natural taste in the large majority of products from them but the ones with stevia are simply horrible... you simply dont get to the caramel flavour cause the liquorice taste of the stevia covers it all ... same for Vanilla i'm very annoyed cause i bought 24 bottles all in all of this kind which i can't use ... and Webrestaurant.com won't take them back ... even in exchange of the ones with regular sweetener which by the way taste way more natural .. lol what a paradox !

Almost all the coffee shops use caramel sauce when you order a caramel latte, the problem - it is too sweet and thick and sinks at the bottom. Voila Monin caramel - a perfect sweet and viscous syrup, DaVinci's caramel is too runny! We have been using this syrup for ~ 6 years and every day our lattes turn out a succulent elixir that keeps us going all day long. Wish I could it more than 5 stars.
