This is a good tasting sauce for a sugar free version. We weren't going through the large jug of another brand so we recently made the switch and have had customers tell us this is much better!

Ah, yes. The good old dark chocolate drizzle drizzle. This is one of my favorite sauces to add a little bit of fancy flare and flavor to my coffee drinks. I also enjoy it on ice cream or any other dessert that needs a little drizzle.

Another winner from Monin. This one doesn't hit it out of the park but it's a solid addition to your caramelized arsenal. The salt is very prominent, more so than their salted caramel syrup, yet it's well balanced. I would probably recommend just carrying Monin's salted caramel syrup and caramel sauce and combining them with a pinch of salt if needed, but this is good if you're trying to downsize... or upsize.

I tried 3 different caramel sauces: Monin, Ghirardelli, and Torani. --[for complete details, please see my review of the Ghirardelli 17 oz. Caramel Flavoring Sauce #40861283]-- In summary: All three were delicious. The VOLUMES are about the same, even though the ounces may appear different on the package. Comparing by volume, Monin was about 30% more expensive at the time of my purchase. Very similar Nutrition Facts. Some differences in the ingredients, which may have an effect on texture and taste, if you are sensitive to such things -- but if used as a drizzle rather than a main ingredient, the taste difference might not be noticeable. Of all three products, I found the Monin to be my favorite with regard to TASTE… however, the nozzle on the squeeze bottle requires some extra pressure at the start of the squeeze, which makes it NOT suitable for drizzling on the top of latte foam. It's fine as a flavoring mixed right into coffee, and would undoubtedly work well for ice cream & desserts.

It is an accurate statement that the Monin White Chocolate flavor sauce is not powering with flavor, but for most that is a plus. Monin is an authentic, natural product that doesn't contain artificial ingredients to "create" the white choloate flavor. It is a huge favorite in our home and we are happy to have found a brand that offers a variety of products and are not harmful when consumed.

We needed a small bottle to use for putting chocolate sauce on top of our drinks, desserts, and on plates. This small size fits in your hand easily and is conveniently portable from bar to kitchen without having to purchase 2 of them.

We love the monin sauces. I use them, mixed with espresso, as the base for our flavored lattes. It’s much better using the sauce rather than the syrup, if you are able to. The dulce de leche is a great flavor!

I did a blind taste test with this syrup. And it beat out all the other brands. It has just enough salt mixed with the caramel flavor. I use it in my hot chocolates in by business and also on the top of my Walking Caramel Apples. It mixes easy and tastes great anywhere you use caramel. I like that the bottle stores with the lid down for easy pouring.

Good for toppings and coffee drinks.

These are perfect to use when someone wants drizzle. We keep these bottles and just keep refilling them with the bigger bottles. They have been so great to use.

This tastes really gross. It's almost like an astrigent/alcohol/minty flavor. It's bizzare. Don't get this.

This is our second choice in white chocolate sauce. We will use in a pinch when we are unable to get our usual.

This sauce is lighter than others but really good in coffee or drizzled over ice cream. The squeeze bottle is great for delivery and portion control as well. I highly recommend it. Great treat.

This sauce is delicious! It is great quality and has great flavor. The bottle it is in does not drip and is never messy. It is also vegan which is exactly why I chose it!

Monin is a pretty good brand, this white chocolate sauce is average among white chocolate sauces, but I honestly have never really had a GOOD white chocolate sauce because it never actually cocoa butter, but milky vanilla sugar paste. Works well for for texture in beverages but would not rely solely on this to flavor beverages.

We have tried this on a few lattes and unfortunately, the taste seems to disappear as soon as it is mixed with some coffee. When trying it on a spoon the taste is great, but we can’t find it in our coffee.

I’m loving all Monin products. The bottle size is 12oz. Convenient size squeeze bottle which surprisingly doesn’t get messy. Easy to store.

Purchased these to make my very own white chocolate mocha espresso drink . It’s amazing ! It’s a squeeze bottle , so it’s very easy and convenient and it’s the perfect size for my counter without taking up too much space. The taste is great as well .

These little bottles are cheap, and make decorating drinks super easy! we were using a plain bottle and refilling, but this was much easier to use!

Not our favorite, but still tastes wonderful depending on our mood. Monin serves up some of the best Chocolate in the business with this can be used from a drizzle to mixing with milk for a chocolate milk. Worth the try!

The same great taste as the large bottle of dark chocolate sauce from Monin, but in a more versatile container. This makes it easier to drizzle on top of a drink, a crepe, or any other food or drink. I would definitely recommend for the ease of use it provides.

Very flavorful and easy to use. It doesn't get all over and can be washed out of clothing. It is very sticky, but I think all caramel would be.

My favorite bottle to decorate the walls of the clear cups for milkshakes, frappes or iced caramel coffee orders. It makes great swirls on whip cream too

These are well made squeeze bottles and are reusable. You can buy the big size jugs which are more economical, and refill the squeeze bottle several times. But if you use a lot of white mocha sauce in your shop, then it doesn't make sense. You need something with a pump for speed and consistency.

Love Monin and all of their products. These dark chocolate sauce is just what it sounds like. It is not super sweet like milk chocolate. A deep and intense flavor.
