The best part of this dark chocolate sauce instead of Hersheys or Hollanders or other brands is that it's thick enough to drizzle over the espresso drinks (or desserts) and not run. It also doesn't drip over your counter. The pumps work really well for the bottles, and you get a free pump in every case of 4 bottles of sauce. It's as good or better as any mocha sauce out there.

This is one of the best mocha sauces on the market. It’s rich and creamy but not too sweet. Plus it’s dairy free which is very hard to come by.

I do like this flavor however it isn't the top of my chocolate sauce choices. We use it as a backup and always have it around.

I use the Dark Chocolate in the iced latte, hot chocolate, mocha frappe, and hot Mocha Latte the sauce is thick and flavored I used before the Davinci but I prefer Monin because is more concentrated.

Smooth, white chocolate sauces that is top notch! I also bought the pump to add to the bottle and it dispenses about 1/2-1 tbsp per pump and works awesome for drizzles on our homemade specialtiy deserts! This sauces is so pure and natural that its like consuming a liquid candy bar!

I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate but my wife love white chocolate mochas. So I picked up and bottle and I have to admit it's pretty good!

This caramel is so delicious when put on ice cream. You have got to try it. I will be buying more when this is used up! Love, love, love it!!!!!

This is probably my favorite monin sauce. It is thick and rich and has a touch of salt. It really does taste like salted caramel, but better. The 64 oz bottle lets you refill the 12 oz squeeze bottle over 5 times! So it’s a great deal to buy the larger one. ) they also sell a pump for the 64 oz bottle but we just use ours to refill our smaller one.) This stores great in the freezer if you’re not using it for a while. For espresso drinks (sea salt toffee lattes, for example) mix the syrup with your espressos really well before pouring the milk. The drinks made with the sauce taste much better and richer than using a flavored syrup.

I really like this flavor! Am not typically a caramel fan with coffee but this is one I come back to often! Love the salty, toffee twist, is a hit with my customers with either breves or frappes.

I am really enjoying this Monin chocolate sauce on my kids chocolate milk, as a topping for ice cream and also to sweeten my caffe latte, matcha latte also it is also good on waffles and pancakes, I really recommend it.

Although this chocolate is premium, we are unsure if 30% increases in price every 18 months is justifiable. Despite this, we will continue to use it for as long as it is feasible to do so and our customers sincerely enjoy it.

A great sauce but not as amazing as Torani's. This This my go to whenever I'm not able to get my usual. It's still delicious but lacks a buttery depth that Torani has.

This is an absolute must have product for any coffee shop. We use this in several of our drinks and it makes all the difference in the world. Monin has perfected this product and we highly recommend using, you won't be disappointed.

This was disappointing. We've tried Torani and Ghirardelli which have been good but the Monin left a chemically aftertaste. We tried different ratios with the coffee but found the flavor quickly went from underwhelming to unpalatable, so we ended up discarding it. We will stay with Ghirardelli going forward.

This brand tasted okay - I've been looking for a good white chocolate sauce to use in drinks and have also tried Torani and Da Vinci. Monin leaves a bit of a gross after taste, so I would recommend trying Da Vinci instead.

Hands down this is the best caramel sauce- Ive tried many brands but this was is actually rich and almost has a buttery taste. From putting it in coffee to putting it on top of ice cream you can't go wrong with this sauce!

There are a lot of white chocolate sauces out there, but this is one is our favorite! Rich, white chocolate flavor and not too sweet. Used in all our drinks from mochas to blended frappes. Definitely recommend!

This caramel is good and thick. Only downside is that it is expensive but quality caramel is that price! Still not as good as Starbucks though.

You get exactly what monin always delivers. Mixes very well in drinks, tastes great and no artificial sweeteners. It is a little thick and will settle on the walls/bottom leading to quite a bit of waste.

Love this sauce, we use it on top of acai bowls as well as in smoothies and of course coffee! We pair it with caramel syrup and then put the sauce all over the cup and then on top!
