WARNING!!! This puree is really thick and will not mix without stirring. Do not use for beer unless able to stir. Consistency of jam almost. Very surprised.

Where has this stuff been my whole life! I use this to make the Olive Garden green apple moscato sangria! This fruit puree is so awesome, the taste and flavor are AMAZING! It is also good in apple martinis. I will continue to buy this!

This, and the other Monin purees that we've tried are all excellent! We're still coming up with new recipes, but all in all, it's been a success! If you're looking to mix anything with iced drinks or cocktails, you'll probably want to either serve a shaken drink or go with the Finest Call puree cocktail mixes (as these monin versions are pretty heavy). They kind of sink to the bottom of the glass unless you're using a blender or shaking.

Pretty good flavor, but not as sweet as what most people expect. We tried to sell it as a Fall/Winter time milkshake flavor, but didn't get a lot of response. Not to say it won't work for someone else, though! Definitely worth a try.

This was the first season in which we added pumpkin spice lattes to our drink menu, and we use this in addition to the pumpkin spice flavoring syrup. The fruit puree isn't as strong of a pumpkin taste as I expected, but overall I would recommend it.

This is our favourite Monin flavour of all time; we use it in our teas, jellies and even for our popular Passionfruit Toffee for our entremets.

I don't like this for smoothies or cocktails. It's hard to find anything that mixes well with this flavor. It's just a prominent and a little sour and not a great addition. However, in iced tea, its been awesome. We just make a standard black iced tea and then sweeten it by adding in this blackberry puree. Its real fruit so you have to stir it in really well.

It is good. Besides making drinks with this puree, we used it to make blood orange gelatin for a chocolate poke cake as well as a citric marinate for fish.

I am a huge fan of strawberry purees but hate taking the time to make them. This product is shelf stable so I can have strawberry puree ready year round. It tastes very good as well!

I love Monin syrups, however the purees have a weird after taste. We use these to drizzle designs on the sides of cups since the taste isn't all there.

Taste good like watermelon. But I bought the 0.5oz pump for it and it is just too watery that it kept dripping after I pump it out.

This is a delicate puree, but tastes just like a super ripe watermelon. The bottles are consistent and clean ways to dispense the product. Great summertime flavor.

Make any beverage pumpkin spiced with this puree!The puree works great in both cold or hot beverages. It has a strong pumpkin and cinnamon taste.

Taste good for blended drink but the smell of the puree very strong for someone dont like peach . Overall it is not too bad for smoothies.

This is an awesome product! We use it to make smoothies! The flavor is the best and I would recommend it to anyone who loves mangos!

I love the flavor Strawberry this in several items we use it for. I do however still find the pump dont stay on the bottle.

We absolutely the blackberry puree! It is by far one of the best purees/flavorings Monin produces! It is so delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this product!

We were looking for an island oasis replacement, unfortunately this did not meet our needs. Brownish pink in color and tasted like a jolly rancher.

This is a delicious syrup to add to drinks such as frozen lemonade, Italian sodas or any summer time drink! Pours out quickly, but is easy to use.

Unlike every other watermelon puree I've tried, this one taste like real watermelon, only condensed. It will surprise you how much flavor it adds to a watermelon daiquiri or margarita. This is one flavor I'll be ordering every summer!

Good but not Fantastic. - for Monin blueberry fruit puree when compared to other options - although probably closest to real blueberry... I ordered 4 different brands of blueberry syrups as I couldn't decide which was the right brand to go with. It's been sorta fun having blind tastings. 1st time I mixed 1/4t with 2c lemonade 2nd time 1/4t with 1c water - this was a better test of flavor. 3rd time I will do 1/4t with .5c of water - the previous dilution is too much to taste much on most brands

I absolutely love this strawberry purée! One of my favorite uses for it is on a hot day get a glass of iced tea and add this purée to it for a refreshing beverage.

We make our Pina Colada with this ants by far one of the best we have encountered in the market. It does not get any better than this !

This is exactly what it is pure "Pumppkin Puree". Taste great on your favorite desserts, smoothies & coffee's. Mix it up wth your choice of vanilla for the ultimate flavor.

I love this drink concentrate for my iced tea beverages in the summer. It has a great fresh fruit flavor that my customers really enjoy.

I would recommend this purée! We added it to the pumpkin spice and pumpkin pie syrups to give it that extra pumpkin kick and they tasted amazing. The only complaint I would have is that the pump does not reach the bottom of the bottle so I would recommend using the spout to pour it.

Better than the watermelon flavor but not as good as the other brands we've tried. We typically love Monin products but their purees are not a crowd favorite. They are more liquid that the other brands, even after vigorous shaking each time. Hopefully we just received a bad batch this time.

Being a natural foods store, it's hard to find pumpkin flavoring that has no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. This product meets all our criteria and is a great product in coffee, pumpkin frappes and it is great in a pumpkin cheesecake.

I love this coconut puree . I used it to make pina colada and it taste delightfully delicious . All my patron loved the flavor and always asked for more .

Yummy. This peach puree was very popular at our party, where we provided bottles of purees (with pumps) for guests to embellish their own lemonade, teas and spirits. It's fruity, well balanced and delicious, and shelf stable.
