really really beautiful cast iron enamel dutch oven! cleans up great and hasnt discolored on me yet! I store mine in its original box with something between the pot and lid so the enamel doesnt chip.. but over all this is a great deal and i love that i can use it in the stove or in the oven.. great purchase!

I just started cooking with enamel coded cast iron cookware and I am hooked! If you watch any cooking show this is what the pros are using. The heat evenly and hold that heat. They are quite heavy though. A cleaning tip...use a magic eraser sponge and they clean up fast and easy!

6 qt. is great size for family serving dinners , heavy quality solid and smooth , red color is amazing , but in color enamel is not white , its gray kind of very light light brown

This is the second one I have purchased from Webstaurant. Very fast shipping and a great price! I use these small Dutch ovens for bread pans. May sound a little crazy to some people but, you get a crunch in the crust that is WONDERFUL ! This size is perfect for a single loaf. The cast iron with a lid also holds in all the moisture so that 3 days latter the bread is as moist in the middle as when it came out of the oven. Thanks again. OldfartHastings

This Dutch oven is a bit larger than I expected (and heavy), but it is well constructed and did a great job for the soup I made. The large capacity will be appreciated when braising meat for stews and such.

Excellent enameled cast iron. Perfect size and holds oven temperature. Bought this almost ten years ago and it is still going strong. The enamel is very sturdy and doesn’t chip.

i use this all the time for braising and especially for baking bread. it holds heat super well and because of the enamel coating, its easy to clean. no need to spend 4 times as much for the expensive french versions. these are just great.

Out of all my dutch ovens, this is my favorite. It’s huge. I use it outside on the grill, in the oven, on the stove top, in the fridge, and serve from it on the table. Due to it’s mass, this pot holds heat very well, even when a burner is cycling on and off. It cleans up super easily too. I would give this more than 5 stars if possible. Get one.

We received this enamel dutch oven ordered from Webstaurant as a gift. We have used it several times already to simmer cubes of beef chuck. While it takes a few minutes to come up to temperature, once the intended temperature is met, this dutch oven really maintains even heat. Nothing was burnt! Additionally, it cleaned pretty well too! Just make sure not to use metal cooking utensils, as they may scratch the enameled surface.

Got one of these for my brother, who recently started making risotto on the regular. It's perfect for two servings of risotto, which is generally all he makes, but has plenty of room to do things like saute onions.

Lodge makes great Dutch ovens. I really like using them to make artisan bread in my oven. You can't go wrong with owning one of these.

I absolutely love using this Dutch Oven. I received it as a gift and it has served me well. Cleans easily, cooks wonderfully. The pictures don't do it justice-it is a beautiful blue color.

I have purchased both the red and the blue casserole dishes and I have to say that the blue is more eye catching then the red. You can put this dish in the oven and then take it right to your table. It is heavy weight and well made. I would recommend!

This thing is beautiful I cant wait to get cooking some bread and other baked goods in this. It is very heavy and thick and should hold heat well. The color is simply fantastic and the enamel coating seems very strong and smooth.

I love lodge, its the best cast iron cookware in my opinion. The price is also the best in the market, I actually paid more for a smaller size at another retailer.

Lodge makes exceptional products and because of that I tend to use them a lot more than other, cheaper made products. I've used this dutch oven for all kinds of things like braising, searing and frying and it has held up from repeated use over many years. It's a really great deal.

An impressive casserole dish. Perfect size and weight for the buffet line. These dishes are a little costly. However, the durability and reliability are worth the cost.

I bought one of these lodge enamel coated Dutch ovens years ago because the price of the fancy French Dutch ovens was crazy. I ruined the first one I bought by using metal spoons and turners in the pot. Then I bought replacement and I have been using it for years. It worked great on my electric stove and it is even better n the gas stove.

I'm very happy with my purchase of this Dutch oven, and I use it at least once a week. It's great for stews and large batches of pasta sauce as well as heating large quantities of oil for deep frying. It cleans up well and the enamel finish is strong. I plan on buying the larger one soon.
