Not sure what these reviews are raving about. The product tastes terrible. It must be drinken absolutely ice cold to be even kind of palletable. My husband calls it "diet bowling alley". After reading reviews on this site I at least expected it to be as good as a regular store bought generic cola. Somehow this has a much worse aftertaste and smell. Perhaps we got an expired syrup? Unsure because it just has a code. I have tried increasing and decreasing the syrup ratio and it's gross no matter what. The price was great but the taste is undrinkable so won't be finishing this bag in box or buying another of this brand.

Surprisingly great taste! My main complaint, and the reason I gave it three stars, is because you need twice as much syrup, 2:5 vs 1:5, in order to get the full cola flavor. Otherwise, it tastes like watered down soda. Not sure if they’ve changed their formula, or what, since no one prior to this review has mentioned that it’s a weak syrup. Since it takes twice as much, consider it also makes it twice as expensive, so it’s closer to the authentic branded syrup price. I’d buy it again, but I’d prefer it be the same strength as all the other syrups. Seems a bit dishonest. Perhaps I got a bad batch. I’ll find out the next time I order.

The taste of the Diet Cola was just terrible. We literally wound up dumping the 5 gallons after trying a few liters. The smell and aftertaste were just no drinkable.

It's not Coke but nothing is, coke is coke and nothing has come close including this but has to be one of the better choices available. Doesn't have that nasty finish flavor most have this is more sweet like pepsi but not pepsi either more has own flavor. So far only tried one bottle for my soda machine at 5 oz. syrup To 1 litter bottle since most are that but have a filling adjustment will improve the finished product. Definitely better than the soda machine cola & other syrups and with crazy increase price coke syrup an until Pepsi starts releasing syrup for our soda machine this is your best choice.

Great product at great price! works good with sodastream machines. Just carbonate 5 parts of water and then add 1 part of Narvon cola syrup.

I usually buy BIB cola syrup through another buisiness. They have had som on and off again disputes with Coke or their distributor over pricing, so it's hit or miss if they have it in stock and when they do have it in stock the boxes on the shelf have short or even expired dates on them. Given Covid-19 I was looking for a different source for my syrup without having to go into the warehouse. I found Webstaurantstore's Narvon Diet Cola and gave it a try. Ships lightning fast, tastes great, low price! What more could you ask for? I highly recomend!

The syrup tastes like burning plastic! I have to mix it with another syrup to be drinkable which completely ruins the reason I purchased this in the first place! They don’t allow returns or refunds so I’m screwed! Webstaurant is not good in this case

this is sweeter than the regular soda. I really like it and saved lots of $ buying this rather than Sodastream diet cola, It has gone up dearly in price in the last 3 years. Use to be $, now it is $. Everything has gone up :(

Purchased the diet cola and was surprised that it tasted like diet. The flavor is good and the value at the price is very good.

This is a great diet syrup. I’ve been a Diet Pepsi drinker for decades and now prefer Narvon diet. I use it with my soda maker to make my own soda at home. It has excellent citrus notes on the top end. Great stuff.

Switched to Narvon diet cola syrup when Coke and Pepsi increased their priced and so glad we switched. The taste is almost identical and now when we travel and purchase the bottled stuff there is no difference except for the cost of buying brand name and we have no plans to switch back. As a Diet Coke drinker for 25 plus years, I've never liked other brands or diet soda products. After searching the web for a syrup box of Diet Coke and not being able to find one at my price range, I decided to try the Narvon diet soda brand. The price was about half that of Diet Coke and the shipping was free. The syrup arrived within a couple of days and I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. The only discernable difference in taste is that of the sweetener used by the brands. If Diet Coke keeps it pricing high, I will continue to use the Narvon brand. I would seriously recommend giving it a try!

I have used coke products for years. But using Narvon products has saved me a fortune. The flavor is satisfying and has a great quality taste. I highly recommend Narvon products for all your soda fountain needs
