Not sure what these reviews are raving about. The product tastes terrible. It must be drinken absolutely ice cold to be even kind of palletable. My husband calls it "diet bowling alley". After reading reviews on this site I at least expected it to be as good as a regular store bought generic cola. Somehow this has a much worse aftertaste and smell. Perhaps we got an expired syrup? Unsure because it just has a code. I have tried increasing and decreasing the syrup ratio and it's gross no matter what. The price was great but the taste is undrinkable so won't be finishing this bag in box or buying another of this brand.

Surprisingly great taste! My main complaint, and the reason I gave it three stars, is because you need twice as much syrup, 2:5 vs 1:5, in order to get the full cola flavor. Otherwise, it tastes like watered down soda. Not sure if they’ve changed their formula, or what, since no one prior to this review has mentioned that it’s a weak syrup. Since it takes twice as much, consider it also makes it twice as expensive, so it’s closer to the authentic branded syrup price. I’d buy it again, but I’d prefer it be the same strength as all the other syrups. Seems a bit dishonest. Perhaps I got a bad batch. I’ll find out the next time I order.

This cola syrup is an excellent value. I'm not a big cola drinker and usually drink just one 12 ounce drink per day (with rum). I dispense this syrup using a 2.5 gallon container with a spout. Filling this container is tricky as not to spill any but I do this in my bathtub in case I get sloppy. Well worth the effort. I mix this syrup with seltzer water from 12 ounce cans. I use 3 ounces of this syrup per 12 ounce of seltzer water. I prefer the taste of this vs. Pepsi or Coke. This product seems to have less sugar than the big brands and is less acidic using my recipe. I just received my second 5 gallon bag and plan to continue purchasing this product. Now I'm itching to try the Birch Beer flavor.

The taste of the Diet Cola was just terrible. We literally wound up dumping the 5 gallons after trying a few liters. The smell and aftertaste were just no drinkable.

Very cost effective syrup. We use this as a base for one of our BBQ sauces and it works well and doesn't break the bank! Have ordered this twice and will do so again as needed!

save yourself some money like i did. This cola syrup is half the cost of the brand names and tastes almost the same; not in a bad sense. It tastes great and works with most commercial soda machines.

As a fan of name brand energy drinks, i find it a tad bit overly expensive, my solution? The low price for the BIB, the price for a new soda stream, Set up costs still is 1/3 cheper than buying the same amount in red bull, and the taste? Extremely similar. Prefer flavoured to the name brand? Just buy some flavored syrup, mix in that with this syrup, and boom. Still cheaper, and honestly tastes WAY better.

It's not Coke but nothing is, coke is coke and nothing has come close including this but has to be one of the better choices available. Doesn't have that nasty finish flavor most have this is more sweet like pepsi but not pepsi either more has own flavor. So far only tried one bottle for my soda machine at 5 oz. syrup To 1 litter bottle since most are that but have a filling adjustment will improve the finished product. Definitely better than the soda machine cola & other syrups and with crazy increase price coke syrup an until Pepsi starts releasing syrup for our soda machine this is your best choice.

I've always bought Coke BIB's, but the price has skyrocketed recently. Thought I'd give the Narvon cola brand a shot. Really impressed! Flavor is great. Price is right. Takes me back to being a kid tasting the creamier, old-fashioned type of soda. I was really impressed how quickly the delivery was made and the packaging was done really well to ensure the product was kept safe during shipping. Great product at great price! works good with sodastream machines. Just carbonate 5 parts of water and then add 1 part of Narvon cola syrup.

I usually buy BIB cola syrup through another buisiness. They have had som on and off again disputes with Coke or their distributor over pricing, so it's hit or miss if they have it in stock and when they do have it in stock the boxes on the shelf have short or even expired dates on them. Given Covid-19 I was looking for a different source for my syrup without having to go into the warehouse. I found Webstaurantstore's Narvon Diet Cola and gave it a try. Ships lightning fast, tastes great, low price! What more could you ask for? I highly recomend!

Very nice..just taste like sprite or Sierra mist ...but fractions of the price..comes in very nice packing and they do prompt shipping..will buy more as time goes buy..

This is a good quality brand. I have several other flavors. This Dr.More unfortunately does not taste like Dr.Pepper. It actually tastes more like a watered down Vanilla Coke. I wouldnt suggest it if you're trying to pass it off as Dr.Pepper.

I do t know why you’d ever go back to regular coke after trying this. I can’t even tell the difference. Dont waste your money on name brand and get this

This is one of the best bargains on the site. We use it regularly, I use it often, it is good tasting Tea, just the proper ratios at 4 waters to 1 syrup.

The syrup tastes like burning plastic! I have to mix it with another syrup to be drinkable which completely ruins the reason I purchased this in the first place! They don’t allow returns or refunds so I’m screwed! Webstaurant is not good in this case

Great flavor fast shipping

I love and have been purchasing the diet version of Narvon Diet Cola 5 gal. I accidently bought the regular version (2 boxes!) and decided to tap one and try it as Webstaurant would not allow me to return it. I could not get it to taste good no matter what I did. I tried using more syrup, less syrup, even added Splenda, 1 packet, 2 packets and no matter what I did, it did not taste like 'cola'. MAYBE I RECIEVED A BAD LOT? I STILL HAVE ONE BOX THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAPPED. Do not know what to do with it as I AM STUCK WITH IT. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO EXCHANGE IT. Wish it was a tiny bit sweeter to maybe mask a little bit of a bitter aftertaste. Regardless, it's still quite good.

Okay die-hard Dr. Pepper fan here, I got it to try. It is a great, so close to it, and I love it as about as much as my Dr. Pepper. I make mine just as strong as want, or weak. Wonderful, I will be buying again repeatedly.

Narvon NAILED it on the unsweet tea. I was excited to get this product and try it out. Unfortunately this was quite literally undrinkable for us. I saw later it said it had a "tart" flavor. This is very true. It is average bad in the realm of like brisk tea and so on. Not a brewed flavor at all. Wish the could redo this and eliminate the lemon and try to give it that same authentic taste of their unsweet tea. They would shut the market down.

Great stuff. Tastes good. I feel like the ratio of sugar (39g) to caffeine (79mg) is high. There should be a little more caffeine in a serving.

This stuff taste amazing, I'm not sure why anybody would be buying the little red and blue can when this taste just like it. We run at a 1:4 ratio and out mix taste 98% the same as the wings guys. Really great stuff!!!

I purchased this for my teenage sons, who LOVE DR pepper, Unfourntly they HATE IT, it does not taste anything like DR pepper at all. more like Vanilla flavored corn syrup. I wish they had the ability to purchase a Sample size.

Purchased the diet cola and was surprised that it tasted like diet. The flavor is good and the value at the price is very good.

So this is pretty darn good but it’s really red in color. If you’re thinking this is just like root beer, it’s really not…but it’s close. I wish it was more brown and less red but the flavor is nice.

This is a great diet syrup. I’ve been a Diet Pepsi drinker for decades and now prefer Narvon diet. I use it with my soda maker to make my own soda at home. It has excellent citrus notes on the top end. Great stuff.

I purchased the syrup to use in the SodaStream machine I purchased for myself and my home based solo business. The syrup itself is very thick and has a very good consistency and it works well in my soda stream machine I only have to use about 6 oz to make one liter of root beer so I suspect that the five gallon bag I bought will last me most of the year much more economical and environmentally friendly then buying endless numbers of plastic soda bottles.

One of my true loves! This cream soda is almost perfect. I appreciated the crisp, buttery taste with each sip. The only fault I could find was it was a little overwhelmingly sweet .
