These are sturdy, solid, well made boards. They do not slip and slide and are easy to sanitize. We like the size of them as well.

This San Jamar cutting board is well made and looks really cool; I only have a couple minor complaints about it. First, the plastic seems to make my knives dull quite quickly, and the surface feels sort of slippery when chopping things on it. Second, the rubber borders are a nice idea to keep the board securely in place but sometimes when transferring food into a pan, things get caught on that rubber and fly off the cutting board which is a little annoying. Easier to carry around than wooden boards but I don't use it all that much for these reasons.

I bought this for my front of house so that they can do minor prep work for the back of house and have a large enough cutting board to actually cut things on. It is great! They love it! It doesn't require a towel underneath it to keep it in place.

These large cutting boards are very good quality and durable. Works great for preparing and cutting large amounts of food.

The grip is a little weak but it may just be the surface I was using it on. Otherwise, a great small cutting board that's easy to store and clean; fits in the dishwasher nicely since it's the size of a plate.

Great cutting board, it's HUGR and the color is fantastic! The no-slip edges keep it in place & it doesn't move around much. Love the hook because space is limited for me and being able to hang it up to store it is a life-saver!

This is just the right size for lemons and limes cut to order or for prepping garlic or chives or other foods that would contaminate another board with their odor.

This is the second one that I purchased. The multiple colors selection come in handy especially when you need to distinguish which cutting board for which item.

This green cutting board with a hook is perfect for cutting garnishes and being a small size makes it easy to be store. It is plastic but is very sturdy and lasts a long time. We definitely recommend this cutting board!

If you want a great cutting board, San Jamar is the way to go. Every kitchen I've been in without one has been a disappointment. They come in a variety of sizes and colors, for easy organizing. I accidentally purchased this one thinking it was a bit smaller, but I wasn't disappointed by it's mass. This cutting board will provide you ample room to prepare anything. Be careful, if you run an operation that uses an industrial sanitation machine in your dish pit, that you have an opening in it wide and / or tall enough to accept this, otherwise it's a three compartment wash. If you have a conveyor belt wash system it should be fine.

The hook makes it easy to store. The non slip corners make cutting fruit easy on the stainless steel bar surface. Also, easy to clean.

Excellent cutting board. The grips are incredibly useful, I would not buy another cutting board without the grips. And also the price is pretty good.

Love these cutting boards! Great size. Not too big and not too small. The rubber edges help keep the board in its place. And the price was way cheaper then our local restaurant supply store.

The best raw meat cutting board I’ve seen outside of a restaurant kitchen. The corners are non-slip, even on quartz countertops. We only use this with properly-sharpened knives, but so far have no visible cut marks. It gets washed once in the sink, then into the dishwasher on high temp. It’s very worth the investment as a raw meat only board.

Have been using these cutting boards in our business for many years, they hold up well to many washes in a commercial dishwasher and have silicone grips so they will not slide around a table as easily as other cutting boards would. Available in a variety of colors.

All my cooks love these cutting boards! This black one is perfect for the bar to slice garnishes. They love the fact that they are non slip and have measurements built into the board. Management likes the color coordination for food safety and the hook works great when hanging. We have every single color in multiple sizes so we will purchase these boards again and again!

Love using this cutting board. it has nice grips on the side so it doesnt move so much while cutting something. its a nice size as well. Very easy to clean. and i like how it has a hook so you can hang it to dry.

its always a challenge keeping the kitchen serve safe compliant these color coded boards really help, especially with the self grip I don't have to worry that the chefs will have the wrong things under there boards to secure it from slipping/sliding.

I love these non slip boards. Being color coordinated makes it easy for the staff to know which board to use. I haven't had to resurface one yet tho. I'm curious to how difficult it will be with the rubber corners.
