The San Jamar Cut-N-Carry 6-Board Cutting Board System is great for cutting food and then moving the food to the cooking receptacle. The color-coded boards allow for easy containment of raw meats.

this is a great kit to start with, it has all the colors that you need. along with posters to put above so all staff is aware of the proper usage.

Excellent basic cutting board. The size is ideal for small batch prep in the kitchen. The hook makes for easy transport and storage. The white is super bright and cleans well.

So far so wonderful for home use. First off, I went with webstauranstore.com because of their assortment of these cutting boards as well as the quality, as defined in the description. It turns out that I made the right decision in getting three of these same boards to use in our kitchen. They are very durable, pleasant on the eyes and clean up really well. Please try them....

This washes up really well, and can be hung to dry using the hook. It is heavier than would be comfortable to carry as is suggested by the name. Thick and durable, it should last for many years to come. Although, it is showing knife Cuts after the first couple uses.

These cutting boards are fantastic. I love cooking and use them over and over again. They are of good quality and don't get cut marks in them when I am using them. They wash nicely with hot sudsy water. By being color coordinated, I use them for specific things (meat; veggies, bread ...etc.. The boards include a color chart as to which boards to cut specific things on to prevent contamination and I like that. I would highly recommend these cutting boards.

The size of this cutting board is great. It's large enough to allow me to have ample work space for whatever I'm working on. The hooked corner is great for hanging off the shelf.

These cutting boards from San Jamar are the best i have found in the business they are thick and color coded even have a ruler measure on the sides.

B-a-n-a-n-a-s! This bright yellow cutting board is cheerful it's easy to forget it was purchased with a reason - to color code for specific foods. It's sturdy and fits in our dishwasher, with a handy hook to hang it to thoroughly dry in the dish room.

Great quality but this one was too large Our fault still use them but bought the smaller ones as well love the clip thing to hang after washing and its works well for storing it too. Nice to have it packaged less expensive to buy it that way

Have been using these cutting boards in our business for many years, they hold up well to many washes in a commercial dishwasher and have silicone grips so they will not slide around a table as easily as other cutting boards would. Available in a variety of colors.

San Jamar makes excellent kitchen equipment for both the front and back of the house. These cutting boards are very durable that will resist scraps, cracks and nicks. Easy to clean and the built-in hook is great for easy storage in tight spaces. These are the only brand of cutting boards that we use.

I was forced to buy these colored boards for food safety reasons. I would rather use wood in the kitchen 100% of the time. These boards are good and wash easy. They do after heavy usage get cutting grooves in them. After time these grooves throw off shards of plastic that could end up in your food. They say these are more sanitary then wood but Id rather eat wood over plastic any day.

Love this cutting board, the grip makes it easy to hold or hang. The measurements on the size are great for separating portions or making precise cuts. Love it!

Nice large cutting board. We use it to cut our dough on in a pizza shop and it is great for that. It is holidng up nicely and is easy to clean and keep clean.

Cut and carry boards are colorcoded to prevent cross-contamination. They are very durable and can take a lot of abuse. The patented hook makes them easy to carry and store. I got my first set a few years ago as a promotion, and since then I have purchased at every store I've worked.

We use these cutting boards for our kids cooking classes and they are absolutely perfect! The hooks are helpful for carrying and they are easily washable- havent stained yet!. Very durable with all the different types of knives used on them. We use the bigger versions for our catering business... but to be honest we may just purchase more of this size because they are so practical and easy to maneuver in all places.

Good cutting board but a bit lacking for me in areas that some might not see as an issue. On the plus size, it's high quality and the hook does nothing for me in regards to handling but is very helpful to hang to dry over our racks without taking up space. The size is just about perfect and fits very well directly in front of our two burner hot plate cooker (small deli- no ranges or oven). Cleans great and so far, it is holding up VERY well to cuts. One of the things I thought I would love would be the ruler impressions however, they aren't raised enough to be seen unless you put your nose directly in front of the measurements. Great, sturdy boards. The edge hooks make for easy storage. Well designed rulers on the edges and reference poster. A must have for any prep kitchen.

Great quality for the price. It is thick and heavy, and does slide quite easily. I think san jamar makes another version with rubber linings - I would get that next time.

San Jamar CB1218KC 12" x 18" x 1/2" Cut-N-Carry 6-Board Cutting Board System is a necessity in our kitchen. We couldn't maintain a safe prep environment without them. They are durable and wash up well in the dishwasher. The color coding system makes it so easy to use the correct board everytime and the handy chart is a great visual reminder. I highly recomment them.

Great size board, hook is fantastic for storing and hanging to dry. Super sturdy plastic, seems like it will hold up much better than all of our other plastic boards. Definitely will be purchasing more.
