Reviews for Lavex 3" x 4" Individually-Wrapped 1-Ply Standard 1000 Sheet Toilet Paper Roll - 96/Case

The (GREEN) toilet paper is being PHASED OUT and now their warehouse are starting to ship the (BLUE) toilet paper. (March 2024). The green one was a good quality paper, but the blue one is far from good. It is very thin, it shreds all the time and it doesn’t flush (yes, it comes back up after flushed). A lot of our gym members have complained about how thin this paper is. Plus it will leave you a mess on the floor all day long. So beware because the green toilet paper was made in USA and the blue one is made in CHINA and we all know it’s because it is cheaper to make it in China. We have been a customer for 4 years now and sadly we had to find another provider.

Apparently, there are two versions of this roll. One with the green wrapper and decorated pattern. The other wrapped with a blue stripe in the middle, ordinary polkadot pattern. My first two orders, I got the better one. The ones wrapped in green. For my third order, I got the ones wrapped in blue. Customer service said they're the same, just sourced differently even though they have the same item number. Quote from CS: "This is actually going to be the correct tissue paper. They're both 2 ply but the quality is day and night. The ones wrapped in blue are rougher, not soft, and could pass as a one ply. I'd give the green wrapped ones a 4.5 rating, and the blue a 2 rating.

I feel like I got robbed. I got 10 cases of this thin toilet paper. Boy I should have read the reviews before I got this. Expensive and 360 pounds of ultra thin paper. Its so thin that I can see my finger move behind it in low light conditions. I have 4.5 boxes of jumbo rolls from other brands that are far better than this and they are single rolls as well. Jumbo rolls cost a lot more yet I am thinking that they would have been worth it. This is so thin that its tissue paper. That cheap stuff that comes in cheap stuff for holidays/birthdays. I do not even think I could give this stuff away. I should have went with the Premium 2 ply from lavex. I might try and sell the local per case and take the loss and buy some better paper. I doubt that I can return them. I just feel ripped off and robbed for the price per case. Maybe if this was cheaper I could feel happy about it.

Listen to all the bad reviews. They're true! They use to be better. Now they're terrible! Do yourself a favor and buy something better.

The product is ok, meaning it gets the job done basically it was what I expected, but I definitely got my money's worth I like the product but I don't love it. I will buy it again for the price.

Good toilet paper. Keep in mind it is generic but really good quality. Good price. Recently bought a different brand from a local bulk supplier. This price is better for the same quantity and quality.

At a good price and really good quality tissue toilet paper you can have a charmin ultra soft feeling when using. Also comes in big rolls so they last a good while too .

It is a great product and I will continue to use it.

NOt happy with this to rough

This toilet paper does not hold up while in use. It leaves a lot of residue. We've gone through a couple of rolls but purchased another brand because we just couldn't deal with it anymore. For the low price I had expected very thin sheets, and was fine with that, but it just does not hold up the way you need a toilet paper too. The value was amazing, just not worth the mess.

Not bad for the price. Still believe the product could use a better production process. Reall thin and easily breakable. Still would recommend simply beacause of the price.

This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I am used to 1 ply paper.i have used many different brands. I feel the 1000 sheet rolls are more economical. The price on this was so good I decided to try it. But it is very thin and the 1000 sherts are very small. NOT WORTH IT.

I was looking for a better priced product compared to what we were currently using and thought I would give this a try. I was very disappointed with the quality. It is very thin and leaves pieces behind. I will not be purchasing this in the future.

This toilet paper is very thin. I was asked by my employees not to reorder. They said it is was not very good quality toilet paper.

Soft and reliable — the individual wrapping makes storage easy and keeps everything clean. Perfect for guest restrooms during busy service.

It's toilet paper. It does what it is supposed to do. If you are looking for a cheap version then this is it. If you are looking for more ply, quilted, or comfortable then this is not it.

I originally bought this toilet tissue when it came in green packaging and have purchased it a few times. With 96 rolls in a box, it lasted me a very long time, making the price very reasonable—especially when combined with other items in my order to offset shipping costs. However, the price has gone up, so I’ve held off on purchasing the newer 'blue' version. I’m hoping it’s made with the same soft material as before. The inner cores of these rolls feel sturdier than those of store-bought brands, and the tissue itself is very soft. It flushes and breaks down easily, which helps prevent clogs. The Lavex Janitorial Individually Wrapped 1-Ply toilet paper is terrible! We have used 1 ply before, but this is REALLY thin poor quality. Not worth the money saved.

It is very cheap, but the quality is not very good. Hope to improve the quality a little bit. I think it can be used for more than two months.

We use this for out 78 room hotel. It is soft and we love the way it is packaged in plastic. It fits easily on our maids cart. Great value as well.

Bought this when we couldn't get the regular brands and it works just fine. No issues at all, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Stores really well too, no extra bulky plastic to deal with.
