We've been ordering these towels from Webstaurant for our Enmotion machines for years with no issues. They WERE a great cost saving product for our machines. However, sometime between our May & August, 2017 reorder, the thickness of the product shipped reduced by about a third comparing new rolls to old rolls. I re-ordered again in Oct, 17- hoping it was just a fluke shipment. The paper towels now look all wrinkly (just like the pictures) and that's because they're so thin. They actually dissolve in your hands when wet. They constantly jam our machines and you have to dig out the jams that wrap around the dispenser bar. When I contacted Webstaurant about the change in quality, they said they did not change vendors, so I guess the vendor just changed their product. Very disappointing to see the quality change so drastically. This time I will not be reordering them again.

These are very very thin towels. It takes several feet of towel to dry your hands. Our paper towel consumption has doubled. I will be changing back to the named brand ASAP. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.

They are a little thinner than the enmotion ones, but they fit perfectly and are well worth it for the value. I would highly recommend this product!

The Lavex White Hardwound Paper Towel is perfect for our dispensers. They fit perfectly will all our paper towel dispensers (we don't have the same ones in each bathroom). Loading a new roll is super easy. Love the price and free shipping with plus membership.

The long length of each roll means you'll get a lot of use out of it, and the hardwound construction makes it very durable. The towels are also very absorbent, so they can easily soak up spills and messes. One potential downside of these towels is that they are not as soft as some other paper towels. They can also be a bit rough on the hands if you use them for a long time. However, overall, these towels are a great value for businesses that need a durable and absorbent paper towel.

these are great towels 100% recommend these for your kitchen needs. could be better at absorbing but decent. not enough of a problem not to reorder . we used with a Merlin bowl dispenser.

I wanted to replace all of my hand towel dispensers so that they were hands free. I also wanted to go with the wider paper towels so that maybe, just maybe the employees would use less. This is not the case. Some cases are semi okay, but most are way too thin. There is pieces of paper everywhere in our restrooms and they are using 3-5 sheets because it is so thin. I am very unhappy that I ordered 11 of these dispensers (I have 12 more I was going to order) but now that I am having this issue with the paper towels, I am very concerned. Do I just lose the money I put into the first 11 dispensers and go back to an 8" roll towel. I see that you have another item that is supposed to be better. I will order 1 case of it and try it, but I do not have high hopes as I read some of the same reviews about some of the cases being very thin paper.

So glad WS carries these roll towels, they fit in our hands free dispenser and once set on 7 inches they last twice as long, make sure your machine is set on low, you will save a ton.

Although I no longer use this product. It does work well with some name brand machines. And would you believe that it is about 1/4 of the price?

For the cost they are the best value for auto dispensing paper towel machines, same quality as the machine manufacturers brand, but a reasonable cost.

We were told this towel would fit our Tork automatic dispensers but it does not. It will cost more to ship back than to keep and trash.

They are great to have around the kitchen under worktables and stations. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my paper towel dispensers, so I found another way to use them!

These towels are so thin and flimsy. When your hands are wet and you go to grab one, they tear like toilet paper and the small pieces get shredded all over the floor. I don't see a thicker/better option that will fit my merfin machine. tried to order a different roll but was wrong diameter at hole.

This product fits perfect in my existing dispensers. It is a little thinner than the product I was using, but it dries just as well. I have reordered this item several times

Some of the boxes we received were incredibly thin, but still did the job. I am not sure if we got these from different batches, some of the rolls were thin while others were thicker and did not fall apart. Overall, a good product for the price, the rolls are decent size and seem to last a while.

The Lavex Janitorial White 10" Roll Towel Hardwound 800' Roll are great paper towels! They are a bit thin but for the cost an extra pull on the lever can solve any rips caused by wetness.

I've been using these in a half dozen georgia pacific enmotion dispensers. The quality of the towel is good. Plenty of weight and the price is right. I've deducted a star because they can be a bit dusty. You'll see a buildup of this paper dust inside the dispenser over time. When that happens, the sensor gets blocked and then people bash on the machine in frustration. It just requires training the staff to wipe the dust from inside the machine when they drop in a new roll. I will keep buying these.

This product is the best for towel dispenser. When ever use a towel, i always want to know what it is so soft. I love this product.

They are what they are. Kind of thin but they do the job. We will be switching to another in search of something thicker and more absorbent however.

These are a good quality paper towel at an affordable price. We use them in the Merfin 1060 Black Hands Free Roll Towel Dispenser and fits great.

I purchased these for the 1st time in June, now ready for a 2nd order (so soon!!). I wanted a more cost effective product, but these are really, really thin - one sheet shreds in your wet hands, so my customers are now using double / triple the amount as they did with the GP 19375 version. And, many complaints from my cleaning person for changing out rolls more often and cleaning scrap paper towel pieces off the floor, etc. So, I did the math based the number of rolls needed over a year. I used 8 cases of GP / yr in the past and now will need 16 cases of the Lavex (I had ordered 4 cases 3 mths ago - and they're now gone). Based on the prices it will cost $150 more per year (plus customer and employee complaints) if I buy the Lavex again. One of my GP dispenser broke so I bought a replacement that specifies using the Lavex - hopefully it will take the GP rolls because I'm going to have to go back to ordering them.

Used to love this stuff and gave it 5 stars. They got a different supplier about 6/17 and the towel now is about tissue paper thickness. You need twice as much to dry your hands, and it jams the dispensers because when people tear it, it doesn't tear cleanly anymore. I'll need to find another supplier

Works great with their manual dispenser. This product save us a lot of money compare to c-fold that we used to use. the employee use much less to accomplish the same thing. Great product!

Neutral..... Not unsatisfied or satisfied with product. Thinner than I expected. I end up using twice as much as other paper towels..... I will get thicker next time..... My fault for not knowing more about the product when purchasing.

I have a Georgia pacific motion dispensers, I dont have a reliable sale rep for them so I have no problem substituting these rolls for the way more expensive ones

These 10" white roll towels are designed for dispensers requiring larger rolls such as Enmotion automatic roll dispensers or cut-n-dry dispensers. These won't fit in a traditional 8" dispenser.

They do the job and are a great price. Would definitely recommend purchasing them in bulk to beat any other vendors price. Ships and stores easily.

We've been using this product now for about 6months. It is by far as good as if not better quality than the more expensive towels out there. Worth giving it a try.

These were way bigger than we expected. They have lasted for a really long time. We haven't needed to replace the case we bought yet. It is strong and not easily torn. We use it for many purposes.
