This machine is very UNRELIABLE. We've had in service for 3.5 years; 1.5 years was during the low volume, lockdown period. We are on our 4th major repair. Circuit board/controller fried a few months ago. Today we learned the motor burned out. Professionally maintained by Ecolab. Warranty is horrible. Would be fine with limits, but 'drivetrain' components like the motor should be covered for 5 years. [after 5+ years of being a platinum Webstraunt customer, this is our first review. Felt compelled to warn others]

We absolutely love this dishwasher! We often have to make products that involve raw shea, which is really greasy and is hard to clean, but this dishwasher works wonders! Everything always comes out so clean! It's also small enough that it doesn't take up a significant amount of room.
