These are my go to fry pans. just the right size for our use. We have been getting 4 years out of the non stick coating before things start to stick. and the pans show any wear.

Love these pan! They really are nonstick and cook so evenly. I have a glass cooktop and these sit smoothly. Clean up is a cinch. Its heavy. I got rid of a couple of other pans that couldn't stack up to this one .Makes cooking a pleasure. 11 people found this helpful

Pans are very heavy with a solid base. Will not warp. This 12" pan is massive, make sure to stretch before picking it up haha. Stays hot for a very long time after removed from the heat.

This is a great smaller size non stick pan at a good price. It is really easy to clean. Liked it so much we bought the larger size too.

Been using for home kitchen for 5 months now. We love it. The nonstick coating is holding up very well. I have been careful to dry it each time I wash to prevent buildup of minerals from our water. It's as slick as day 1. I nicked the coating slightly with a fork so just be aware it won't put with any metal utensils (not advertised that it will, just reiterating). I'm about to order the 9.5" one because I like this one so much!

Excellent quality. We have been using two of these almost daily for six months, primarily for large batches of scrambled eggs, and they show no signs of wear. Nonstick surface is truly nonstick. The handle is a bit long for out purposes, but I imagine it would be useful if you have large commercial stoves.

I typically don't recommend products, but I absolutely love this pan. It heats evenly and holds the heat. I actually put my cast iron skillet in the cabinet. This skillet actually leaves a superior crust on my filets, pork loin or salmon. Cleanup is a breeze, while the pan is still searing I run it under water and pass a quick wet rag and the heat from the skillet dries immediately. I love this pan.

Like the 12inch fry pan I purchased my home kitchen the heat distribution is even, the pan is solid, The Excalibur coating is holding out even with some light scatches. Cleans nicely even just with hot water. Regularly used and purchased a corresponding lid.

This is a great 12" non stick fry pan. The pan cooks evenly and is durable! It is a good price for the pan and I would recommend!

These pans are great. I have a couple in two different sizes. They are definitely non stick. The long handle and helper handles are a definite plus. They don't get hot when using atop of the stove. I don't see "oven safe" in the description of these but it states that they are, up yo 550 degrees, on their packaging.

This pan has a great non-stick coating. A simple wipe out after cooking with a damp cloth and sudsy water cleans the inside up quickly and easily. The outside aluminum is easy to maintain as well as long as you do it after every use. The thick bottom really helps to heat evenly and get great sears on food. It's induction ready which is what I use it for the most. It's very durable and the non-stick finish lasts a long time. The price was great for the quality received. Great buy overall.

Solid, heavy duty pans, that can take hard use for months. We use these for frying up large batches of pan-seared greens, and proteins, and they last and last. The one annoyance I have is that the portable induction burner I use them on has a working space smaller than the pan, meaning that the control panel of the burner gets repeatedly damaged by the heat from the width of this pan. However, that's my own fault for buying an induction burner with too small a surface area. If you had a full on induction range, you should be fine.

We purchased 2 pans for our fire station one year ago and the handles broke off both pans. Unfortunately, the pans have a 90 day warranty so we are out of luck. I will try to contact Vigor directly. In the meantime, you may want to reconsider purchasing this pan.

i got tired of my aluminum frying pans get burned on the bottom so i invested in a steinless steel one works great and is non stick also

This 14” Non-Stick Aluminum-Clad Stainless Steel Fry Pan with Handle is a great buy. Heavy weight and the helper handle is a good addition. It heats evenly and is very easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the bottom.

Gets nice and hot, easy to clean, and the helper handle is helpful! We use it with the induction cooker, and it heats up relatively even.

This is an excellent pan. It is very heavy weight and quite large. I have used it many times to pan roast veggies. It holds the heat quite well, has room for a good amount of food and cleans easily.

I liked this pan for a few weeks but I'm not sure if it wasn't seasoned properly or what but it has black stuff that doesn't scrub off and starts to smoke when heated.

We bought this frying pan to see if a lower price pan would be better than what we could get elsewhere. We like the way that the pan is built, the metal handle is solid and feels good in the hand. The shape of the pan is nice, deep and the sides are not too slanted providing a decent size cooking surface. Unfortunately the non-stick coating isn't very durable and the pan is ageing quickly compared to the other one we own.

Great induction ready pan for low volume work. Priced well below the competition this pan has a substantial base and the cladding appears to be of high quality. The non-stick is serviceable though I suspect will wear quickly if not carefully handled.

I ordered these pans for a professional chef who requested them for a demo at our school. She was really impressed with the quality and how evenly they heated. Super speedy delivery!

Can't beat the price for the size and quality. If taken care of well it should last you for years. We use it for cooking eggs in large batches.

This is a good brand of stainless steel pans because they not only are non stick but they are also induction friendly! Great for making eggs with!

Professional quality heavy stainless pan with decent non-stick. Handle is functional and stays cool, but lacks the class of (expensive)consumer brands. Good pan.

This is a great Fry Pan. It is huge and easy to handle with the two handles. Holds a lot of ingredients. This company is a class act. They are great to work with.

I purchased this pans for our restauran 4 months ago and the handles broke off couple day ago. I notice it was another review about that happening to someone else with this pans, I would buy this pans again if they have a different handle but as for now I would not recommend buying this pans.

Giving these a try since we moved and went from gas to an electric range. The quality of this 12” non stick fry pan and several sauce pots are amazing. Be aware that the 12” is massive with 13-3/16” opening. Two barely fit on a standard glass top range. Happy with them but ordering a pair of 11” to be able to fit 3 pans on the range.

Sturdy, sustainable, light on weight and heats up fast

The shape is great but the non-stick was a bit un-smooth which made many things sticking more likely if over a medium or high heat.

This pan worked well for the first month or so, but around the 2 month mark the non-stick coating started dying. Now, after only 3 months of use, it seems that the non-stick coating has completely worn away. We have taken good care of this pan (only used it over low to medium heat, only used rubber utensils, wiped it clean after each use, and stored it at a neutral temperature away from anything that could damage it) so this shouldn't be happening after such a short amount of time. Further, the rounded handle makes it a bit awkward to transfer cooked food from the frying pan to a 1/2 or 1/3 pan. Most of the reviews for this pan are great so it's possible I just got a dud, but I won't be purchasing this pan again.
