I'm terribly disappointed in this pan. Food sticks to this pan worse than any pan I've ever used. The edge of the pan is sharp enough to cut. The welded connection seems flimsy. The worst part is how bad it sticks. Please don't attach any comments about contacting customer service. Your pan sucks.
We're sorry to hear you didn't like this pan. Stainless steel pans are great for searing, but can become challenging to use when cooking with more delicate foods. Unless properly used and cared for this will happen to the best of brands. When using stainless steel fry pans, we recommend to pre-heat your pan before adding oil to make sure it is hot before cooking. Also avoid putting cold food directly in the pan to diminish the difference in heat. After use, properly clean your pan by allowing it to cool and using soap and warm water. Some chefs even go as far as to preseason their stainless steel pans before use, but this is a personal preference. If you are looking for an option with less maintenance, we suggest trying this Vigor 11" stainless steel non-stick fry pan instead.
