I couldn’t be more pleased. The only noticeable difference between these & my All-Clad is that the lids don’t fit over the handles for storage on my pot rack. They are heavy duty & BEAUTIFUL along with their beautiful price tag!

We purchased this pot for our new Mexican restaurant. We use it daily and its held up nicely. Lid fits pot well. Have not had any problems with this product!

Great pan. There we’re options for more expensive pans but I don’t understand why someone would spend the extra money for no reason. This pan has been heavily used and holds up. The weight is nice and the heat distributed evenly. Works great!

Great product and well worth the money. Not sure why anyone would spend the extra money on the name brands for an item like this. Use it everyday without any issues.

I purchased the 10 quart. Excellent brazier / rondeau . Heavy weight bottom ensures good even heat distribution. Handles feel solid. Good surface area for browning/searing. Lid is nice too heavyweight and feels solid. but has a slight flaw imo, it is a bit too loose. If your making dishes that require steam to be fully held in ( like biryani), you'll have to use some tricks to ensure a steam tight seal.

I love this brazier and highly recommend it! It has very good heft, but its not too heavy. I am a home cook for a family of 4 (including 2 teens) so having pans that can accommodate a meal with left overs is a priority. This pan fits the bill.

Perfect Pot for a Home Chef!!! I recently needed to make a double batch of my Bolognese - this pot EASILY accommodated the amount of minced vegetables and the 5 pounds of meat - providing the adequate cooking surface to brown and cook everything so that the rich sauce was pure perfection! I can't wait for the 10 Qt,. size to come back in stock!

Received the product 5 days ago excellent pan,,, what I like about the pan is it's heavy duty restaurant grade which is also good for home use it's NSF certified which there's a lot of other brands that cost twice is more and it's not even certified to be used in a commercial kitchen you can't go wrong with this pot the build quality is great heats up evenly doesn't burn the food well worth the price I would highly recommend it I also did pick up a carbon steel pan from Moffitt from these guys too

This brazier is awesome! It is huge and heavy duty. We have to put it over two burners because it is so big. It weighs a lot and really distributes the heat evenly.

This is my favorite brazier. It is heavyweight and it heats evenly. It is large enough to cook large pieces of meat and it is easy to clean.

this pan is great for ccoking in outdoor ovens or grills and where you need a large amount of liquid. I made bagels to chicken in it the quality seems go for the price.

this is the correct pan that was ordered. it is large and round. we use it for all kinds of cooking on the gas top stove. it is much larger than our burners so we end up using two burners for this one pan.

This is great for browning meats. I like that the heat speads out so evenly. This pot is big enough for most meats and comes with a lid too

The 20 Qt. Stainless-Steel Aluminum-Clad Heavy Weight Brazier with Cover is an excellent quality brazier. It heats evenly and the Cover fits well. It is heavy weight and very durable. I would recommend this for any commercial kitchen.

This is the best large size brazier for a home cook. Still fits on a standard residential oven, yet allows for large batch cooking. The shallow depth allows me (at 4' 10") to cook without using a step stool. I used this the other day to make a batch of chicken and dumplings, and the large diameter allowed me to make a good ratio of dumplings to stew.

Another great buy from Webstaurant! I have to say that I was surprised with the quality and heaviness of the brazier when you compare it to the price. I would recommend.

The Brazier with cover arrived as expected and is holding up well. We purchased two of them to start, I have had them in the past and they hold up well.

Large enough to cover two stove top burners. Heavy bottom and snug fitting lid allows you to braise without burning. Holds enough chili for two hundred people.
