This pot is ok. The handle is super long, way too long for the size of the pot. It’s also big enough it should probably have a helper handle on the other side. Besides that, it’s good quality and a great value

great product. we use them on our induction burners and they work great. not easy to burn products on them. easy to wash and store.

Cooked onion soup in this well constructed sauce pan, no burning,no sticking. handle never got hot. cooked food evenly.. no mess, easy to clean. awesome cookware

I've had this pan for about five years, and it recently began leaking liquid from the point where the handle is welded to the pan. I suppose I can't complain about five years' worth of usage for the money, but I'm still disappointed and would think twice before buying another pan with this design. I only put this saucepan through normal home usage and cleaning - nothing unusual at all.

Just the right size, not too big, not to small. I'm a homecook who likes commercial grade cookware, and this is it. I can't believe the high quality for the price. Thick bottom, won't burn your food, and it cleans up nice without too much scrubbing.

Our team does a number of in-home as well as conference/ meeting based cooking demonstrations every month; we've been needing a small 1 qt. pan for melted butter and small sauce runs - we have a number of items from Vigor and were thrilled to see this 1 qt. item in stock recently. It's solid in the hand, the welded handle stays cool whether we're cooking on live fire or an induction burner, and it's a snap to clean. Our entire team has ordered one for their home use as well. Best price in the game for this level of quality.

I would buy million of these pots if I could. They're just the right weight and heft for everyday cooking but light enough for camping. They have a lip which makes for super easy pouring. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with my Vigor cookware. It heats very efficiently and evenly. Has been very durable, and will probably out last me. I bought the 2 quart sauce pan for sauces, and small (1-2) cup portions of rice. I like that the lid seals nicely and doesn't have that silly vent hole consumer ones have that let out all the steam and heat when cooking rice.

A lovely straight sided sauce pan. It is a workhorse in the kitchen on our food truck where space is limited. The large handle makes moving when full a breeze. We found the price to be fair and the product of good quality.

Arrived today packaged well. Perfect size for my needs. I mainly purchased this pot to use on my induction unit. Very versatile. Only con is I wish the lids were see through glass.

Perfect small-batch saucepot that can be used for making sauces, boiling soups, making pastry doughs, etc. Heats very well and evenly, is heavy duty, and a great pot for its cost.

This sauce pan is used daily bases for hours and still perfect. Easy gto clean and the color of aluminum still perfect. Lid seals 100%.

I'm always amazed at the quality of Vigor pots and pans, for the price you'd have a hard time finding anything better or even as good. The construction is perfect and it heats up very evenly. The lid fits perfect as well. Can't recommend these enough.

good strong pans, good price and come with a lid. Only issue is the handle is rounded making it hard to pour one handed into a container. I'll still keep getting these pans but every time I go to pour something out of the them I need to put whatever else is in my hand down and use the second handle. with a flat handle with angles on other pans I can grip it better. still a good choice of pan for a commercial kitchen with ability to cook on gas burner, induction or French range.

Great sauce pan, we use this regularly and it cleans well, heats up great. As long as you take care of it, will still look brand new after multiple uses.

Very attractive pan with a low profile lid that works well without taking up cabinet space. Fantastic for use with induction cooktops! Quick and even heat distribution. I was searching for induction ready cookware at a reasonable price to augment the high end set I purchased 20 years ago. These pans work just as well at a fraction of the price. The rims would likely dent if dropped or hit hard, but these are much better quality than the price would suggest. Rounded handles make them comfortable to grip, and I haven't had to use a pot holder, as they stay cool. No more shopping in retail stores for nice cookware!

I have the 4.5 and 10 quart versions of this pot and use both a lot. The stainless steel is good quality and finish and cleans up easily. The clad plate at the bottom does a great job on both halogen glass top range and induction burner, to heat up and distribute heat. The plates can get as hot as you want on either technology and do not warp. I use the glass top with them for soups, etc. I use the induction burner on high outside for stir fry and this is fabulous as it takes the oil mist outdoors and doesn't coat your range and kitchen. I previously bought the 2qt stainless steel clad sauce pan and was super impressed with the heating qualify, this pan is exactly the same in regards to hearing, I love these sauce pans.

For the price point this pan looks and feels very premium. The steel is quite thin but certainly durable. I’ve cooked with daily and it heats evenly and effectively.

After using a couple of the smaller pans in this series, I finally decided to upgrade my old 4qt Revere pot that I use to make jam/jelly (ok, but a bit shallow). I expect that next summer I will be pretty happy with it. It's deep enough to keep splattering contained, about the same diameter and corner radius to fit the burner and the whisk. I was a little hesitant about the single handle (old one has two stubby handles like a stockpot) but I now expect to like this better. I might even start using this as a soup pot instead of my 6qt CI. Nice weight, shape, finish, lid fit, etc. & a decent price.

I love these pans! I ordered 1, loved it, then ordered more sizes. They heat quickly and evenly and clean up so nice. I threw out all the Teflon pans and will be going with stainless steel.

I love the Vigor SS1 series. They are well made and have a great I mean great price for what you get. This Vigor 7.6 Qt. is a nice big size and it has a helper handle. I love me a helper handle. So easy to move when full. five stars easy.

I like the heavy bottom, but the handle gets hot easily. I use this mostly for boiling water, so it's on the heat for a while and the design of how the handle attaches to the pot just makes the handle get real hot, making it hard to pour from. The price is right thoguh.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size but still looked like a quality pot. It's basically a stock pot with a long handle, if that's what you're looking for.

The most valuable saucepan line out there. I am slowly replacing all my saucepans with the Vigor line. 1. Stainless steel, the perfect pan for so many uses and easy to clean. 2. Well constructed and great cool handles. 3. So, so reasonably priced for the quality they offer. I am a huge fan.

I couldn’t be more pleased. The only noticeable difference between these & my All-Clad is that the lids don’t fit over the handles for storage on my pot rack. They are heavy duty & BEAUTIFUL along with their beautiful price tag!

Good quality little pot it is the most used pot in my bakery I use it to heat up syrup to make Italian meringue buttercream and you pop it in the dishwasher after it cleans up beautifully I've had it over a year use it constantly and it shows very little signs of wear

I'm coming from the perspective of a home cook. This saucepan absolutely beats anything you can buy on a retail level. It's much whiter than most saucepans of the same volume, which I really like because I feel like food is less likely to stick if it's more spread out

I had bought this to use with some new induction cook tops, these are made well, nice and heavy, this is a nice small pot, we've used it for dessert sauces to far. I plan to order more of this brand in bigger sizes.
