Light weight but ok for what we need. However handles break off so easily so we need to keep ordering it. I wish they had a better product.

The handle came off on all of the units we bought. Only lasted a month or so and we didn't use them heavily. Splurge for a better option.

This is another item we use daily at the facility. plan on getting the burger press next

This Cast Iron Steak weight was delivered in a timely manner. This item is very helpful in the kitchen while cooking steaks but also grill cheese and other foods. This was a great buy and I would recommend it. I will be purchasing again. The kitchen staff was happy with this product.

Nice quality, great sturdy material, the dimensions are perfect for our food truck kitchen. It's not too heavy, and the wooden handle makes it easier to grab which it is great for daily use. It definitely adds a nice touch to our burritos.

Inexpensive high quality press for your grill or griddle The handle is large enough so when the edges get hot you do not burn your hand by grabbing the wood.

This works great for helping us get a sear on our breakfast and lunch burritos. It is pretty heavy, so you have to be careful, but it still works for our purposes.

I really like the size of this cast iron weight. I use it for pressing down bacon on my food truck griddle. Handle stays cool to the touch.

This is perfect for grilling. I use this and it gives it the perfect amount of weight to cook the steaks. It is the right size, cooks a variety of meats.

The handle fell apart after only 2 months, got a replacement by Webrestaurantstore at no charge, guess what? handle broke again, this time Webrestaurant doesn’t want to replace. Try to fix it myself, broken again. I don’t think this item is designed to be used in a restaurant. Wooden handle is garbage and crack when heated, screws then fall on your food.

I use this weight every day for cooking bacon, as well as for steak tips and Philly cheesesteak meat and onions to stay warm while I toast the rolls. It has held up very well and I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I am a fan of this steak weight. We leave on our flat top to get really hot and use for burgers. Pretty easy to clean and the handle has stayed sturdy through many uses.

This works just like it says in the description. They added weight helps the burger patties to cook at a faster rate and cooks seven as well. I loveee it.

I bought this weight for person home use. I have a flattop burner on my stove and we like to make pressed sandwiches allot. It has good weight and a study handle. I have bought similar units in the past and have burned the wood handles, but that's user issue not product. I will buy again if needed.

This weight is great for steaks and bigger burgers. It doesnt stick and works great iin a cast iron pan, on a grill or griddle. Its versatile and helps your food cook evenly. I would definitely recommend everyone owning one.

Wish the bottom wasn't textured but this is exactly what I needed for pressing food down and getting a good even cook/sear. I've used it to weigh down bacon and fish and it's worked perfectly for both.

This is a medium weight? It can be used for burger patties or steak without being too heavy. I really like it because the food Gets done faster.

My husband is obsessed with patty melts and smash burgers, so I purchased this for him. He uses it every other week on our griddle, and it works much better than the flimsy spatula he used to use. We wash, dry, and care for it as we would our cast iron pans, and its still in great condition after almost a year.

This weight is the perfect companion to any griddle or grill station. Works great with bacon, burgers, steak, or anything that needs to be weighed down while cooking. The only gripe is the wood handle still gets very hot while limiting the uses of the weight by making it not even safe, if it was all metal it would get 5 stars.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The handle burned off shortly after we started using it. I tried to reach out and find a resolution and was told it was a quality issue and there is no warranty for this product. So I was just out the money for the weights.

This is very durable and heats up fast. We haven't used it for a steak weight yet but like to use it to press down our cuban sandwich. It works really well and is very heavy for pressing.
