These sizzler platters are perfect for resting meats on, cooking things in the oven or broiler, or on a grill. They are sturdy enough to feel like stainless, but the aluminum causes them to discolor badly over time, especially when ran through a dishwasher.

Very durable and long lasting. We like to use them for warming up dishes and for melting cheeses on burgers. Its great to use right under the broiler no problem at all.

These have been a nice addition to my kitchen, I have used all aluminum ones in the past but they don't carry them so I had to try these.. Food cooks a little faster with these but I do like them.

Very nice product. This plate has a nice shined aluminum outside that hasn't faded even after heavy use on the line. I haven't had any issues with warping from extreme heat either. The only thing that was slightly aggravating was the brand sticker, I couldn't get it off. But nothing the range didn't fix. I would buy again if needed.

Prefer stainless steel ones as these get a bit hot too fast. Nice size and thick metal and has withstood numerous washes without visible wear and tear

These work as intended. They did stick a little but I’m not sure if I sprayed it enough or what. I will have to keep trying.

Great sizzler platter. They come super shinny but that fades quickly. I actually wish that they didn't come shinny. We use them for our steaks and as the shine wears they look pretty awful. However once they get to that dull over used state they look great. We will keep ordering these as need be. They have a fantastic look and plate well. The line uses them for all sorts of things during service so they have lots of uses.

Awesome for quickly heating or searing things in the oven. This makes it great for finishing dishes and a perfect mate for sous vide cooking. I frequently take sous vide duck legs and place them on these sizzler platters skin side up and drop them under the broiler and I always get a great result.

These are great! They turn black relatively quickly, but they do clean up well. We use them for everything on our grill top. Having a couple of these on hand is an absolute must.

pretty much the gold standard in most kitchens for using to broil on or pop a single portion in the oven, these are some heavy duty, high quality sizzle platters, even for being aluminum. they're polished and really shiny which is rare, but a nice touch. they are a little pricey but the quality is there.

These platters are a great weight and size, and the aluminum is finished to a reflective polish. These are great for broiling, by I also tested one on an electric coil stovetop and it won't warp. The edges are great for picking up with tongs. I read elsewhere online that these are indespensible in a professional kitchen. As a home cook, I'm excited to have a plate that will go from stove top to broiler to table without breaking a sweat.

I originally purchased these for use under the broiler in my home kitchen, but I've found myself using them for all sorts of tasks. These are lightweight, yet very durable and reasonably thick, and I haven't noticed any pitting or warping after many times subjected to high heat in the oven and broiler. I've also found these incredibly useful for prep and keeping my workspace organized while cooking, and transmitting food outside to and from the grill. They transmit heat well, and cool quickly once removed from heat. These are quite shiny straight out of the package, and that will dull with use, which is to be expected. They also stack and store neatly. Great value; I will likely purchase more of these in the future.

Purchased 4 for home use - Used to dish out 1/4 sheet pan when cooking small, but these work great. Light and sturdy. Seems to heat pretty evenly. Really nice to have all around, not only for heating/broiling but also prepping and serving.

I use this oval aluminum sizzler platter all the time since it arrived. Its make meat dishes looks more appetizing and keep the food hot. It gets really hot so be careful!

Sturdy, heavy to the touch, can be use in all different applications. I use them for a plate when we do a sandwich and chips and I also use them you flash heat product in my wood fired oven. Tough as nails. I even like when they were out of stock I got an email when they were back in and ordered as soon as possible.

I bought these for home use to plate and serve steak frites- but have also used it to finish salmon in the oven and finish Mexican dishes under the broiler. I want to give a shout out to the great customer service team- one of the platters arrived with small rough spots on the serving side...rough enough to scratch or cut a finger. I was able to discuss this online with customer service, and they immediately sent out a replacement.

This sizzler platter is as beautiful as it is functional. Great size for heating, broiling, cooking in a size that allows extra room in the oven for other entrees and sides. Polished appearance makes it a great presentation platter for yourself -- and company too.

It my second time ordering those sizzlers. As restaurant grows we needed more of them to meet the demand. they are perfect for broiling fish and steaks. light but build for long use. Cooks love them!

What can I say that previous reviewers have not already covered. Great product, folks. Don't be hesitant to purchase. These platters can be used for anything. They are a good size, heat up well, retain heat, and durable for heavy use for a long time. This is not something that you will have to replace- providing they don't grow legs and wander off!
