I really like and appreciate this unusual utensil. So full marks for the design, but I take off a star because the only option white color stains very quickly (one batch of chili will do it) which is not so aesthetically appealing. This would be perfect if it were offered in darker color options for those of us who like our utensils in crocks on the counter.

This spootensil works well for high temperatures and is easily storable. The shape of it, however, is not particularly practical for me - not deep enough to work as a spoon but the wrong shape to use instead of a spatula. You can't stir a pot and scrape around the bottom edges to ensure food doesn't stick. I wouldn't recommend this unless you know how you're going to use it and are confident it will work for you.

Awesome spoons. They actually aren't spoons, but stirring sticks. They are a perfect length, very sturdy and hold up against everything. I love it and would but more if these ever wear out, but I don't think they will.

Love the spoonula, I use this to mix a bunch of doughs that benefit from being mixed by hand, easy to clean and heavy duty this works great!

Very long sturdy multiple uses spoon/ spatula , NSF safe, heat resistant, use it to stir soup and stew on a Vigor 12qt soup pot.

The Mercer Culinary M35120 Hell's Tools 9 7/8" White High Temperature Spootensil from Webstaurant is a great tool that we use all around our kitchen. It works great for mixing and stirring. The price is unbelievable and feels like it will last a long time. I do want to mention that they will stain but it does not affect its performance in any way. Highly recommended.

As a stirred, they are perfect. As a spoon, they are lacking (no bowl to scoop material) but I knew that going in. Biggest dock in stars is that they discolor - tomatoes, curries, etc. leave their mark.

We bought the high temperature spootensil to mix liquid ingredients cook hot sauces and stir-fry vegetables. It is very versatile and tolerate very high temperature. The price is much lower than other stores.

I thought this looked really cool, but the end is not as wide as I had hoped. I haven't tried it with candy making, yet, and that may be a game-changer and will update my reivew if so. It is much easier to store than my silicone utensiles,

This spootensil works great for your hot pans, as it can withstand great heat. Have been using for almost two years. Still in top condition.

These are a staple in my kitchen. Useful for stirring, scooping, easy to clean and durable. Also, easy to hand on a hook to dry.

What's a spoontensil? Only the greatest kitchen tool around. This spoontensil is durable and is great for mixing, scraping, and even chopping up food or ingredients.

This is a great spoontensil and my go to spoon for my non stick pans. It is flat so be aware that these are not made to scoop product.

The thick plastic construction on these allows for you to get leverage when mixing thicker sauces up without having and issues with bending or breaking. The high temperature capabilities also allow for easy use without having to worry.

I couldn’t imagine making cake pops without this spoontensil! It is perfect for stirring in my chocolate melting pot—Other utensils have melted, but not this one.

I bought this item to use it in the ricemaster rice cooker because it has a size that allows you to cook rice without exposing to much your arms to heat and oil. It is well made and lasts a lot. Recommended.

I love this spoon! I use it to stir anything that is a thick consistency where I don't want a flexible spatula and need the strength of a sturdy one like this. I am not worried about breakage like I am with other plastic spatulas. I don't see this breaking or ever needing replaced.

I love these for mixing up batches of risotto when working ala carte. They are high heat which is great because I tend to leave them in the pot over open flame. A few have turned color but none have melted. They are also good for action stations in a quiet dining room as they don't make too much noise in the pan. If I could change something, I would buy slightly bigger.

This is my favorite go-to tool, can handle all kinds of stirring, handle is strong, never bends, does not heat up like metal, is light to hold so I never have to worry about it breaking or melting. Purchased several of these. Only negative is that turmeric will stain it.

The best tool in my kitchen for stirring in pots or bowls. Bought these in all sizes. And will give these as stocking stuffers at Christmas.

What you see is what you get with this one. Works well to stir things that you are cooking. I like to use them on the stovetop. This version is 15 3/4" long, I didnt visualize that before I purchased and its huge. Still works well, just doesn't get used as often as the smaller sizes i own.

bought this as an addition to my high temp cooking utensils and ill be honest, i wasn't sure what to expect from this.. its a strange little tool. but oh my, i use this probably more than anything. its great for SO many things. if i don't have to actually scoop, i use this. a++ bought some for all the woman in my family too. I will say, this size is a bit short in my personal opinion, so i will definitely be ordering the larger sizes, BUT still great..

We make acai bowls at our lemonade stand and these are perfect for getting the mixture out of the blender. They are super high quality and nice and narrow which makes them great when working around the blades. We will be purchasing more of these as they are much better than the wood and will last longer.

This Hells tools high temperature spoon is perfect for storing your pot mashed potatoes sometimes you get your spoon too hot and they melt with the spoon doesn’t know it gets up to like 400° and is still just fine

I use the Mercer Culinary Hell’s Tools eleven and seven-eighth’s inch white High Temperature Spootensil on a regular basis. I always appreciate not having to worry if I left the spoon in a pan. Works well, great solid construction, not too heavy and easy to order. I would order again for certain.

I use it for my chocolate ganache and it works wonderfully. It can take the heat very well and doesn't bend while hot. It holds up very well and the price is great

This spoon is smaller than I was expecting but the size is great for small pots and bowls. Sometimes I have to remind myself that this spoon can tolerate the high temperatures of the stovetop because it doesn't feel that much different than a regular white plastic spoon. But this can definitely withstand the heat.
